Thai dessert - steamed pandan cake with coconut milk (Kanom Tuay)

Recipe (22 regular sized cups or 4 small trays)
A. Pandan juice
4 - 5 pandan leaves
100 ml of water
B. a snack
50 grams (6 tablespoons) rice flour
12 g (1.5 tbsp) tapioca starch
Palm sugar 130 g (7.5 tbsp)
50 ml pandan juice
80 ml of water
Coconut milk 75 ml
C. Coconut milk recipe (Tray type, if you don't like thick coconut milk can only make half of the recipe)
200 ml coconut milk
12 g (1.5 tbsp) rice flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
