Murder Suspect Pleads with Judge About Evidence in Case Before Closing Arguments

- Before closing arguments were made Friday morning, Toby Madden pleaded with the judge and explained his frustration with certain pieces of evidence or testimony not being exposed in his trial. After about a minute of complaints, he said, “There’s so many things that I thought.. that I wanted to put on the record.. that I uhm… I uhm… that’s all I have to say right now." Madden later paused, then proceeded to rant about his disappointment in his lawyer.

Toby Madden was charged with murder and assault in October 2022 after he allegedly stabbed his partner, Rachelle Brewsaugh, more than 55 times in the chest, head, knees, shoulders, hands, and abdomen. The couple had moved into a new house just a week before the gruesome murder. Madden pleaded not guilty and claims someone else killed Brewsaugh, as he had a bounty out for him for drugs. If convicted, Madden faces life in prison.

For far less egregious.behaviors, in my opinion, than Brooks even dreamed of while sucking his thumb at night under ail blankie ! Much less Brooks actual behaviors !

He's on trial for MURDER of his wife and his complaint is sitting in the jury box instead of the desk? OMG He's complaining about the Lawyer to go on appeal for it.

Another defendant searching for ways to victimize himself- like so many others before him. He's upset his Attorney wouldn't subpoena footage of him "getting dragged" out of court and to his holding cell, but he fails to realize that even if it did happen, it has NOTHING to do with this murder case!
Plus, it (supposedly) happened AFTER he was arrested. Derp.
As far as his neighbor, who cares about her thoughts on what kind of person he is? How is that relevant at this point? 😂 She's in jail for bank robery so its not like her personal views on him would be held in any kind of high regard anyways.
