I've had my 2019 Charger for 10 months now and man I can't tell you how much I've racked my brain trying to properly organize my Miles Davis tracks that I ripped from DVDs, so that they will play in the correct sequence via the USB port. I've even tried numbering them but they would never stay organized. Then I saw your video and realized that I could put them into separate folders for each DVD! WOW you are a life saver brother! Thank you so much for what you do! Oh yeah, I am loving my Indigo Blue beast! :)
People prolly use the sd card instead of their phone for music so they can use their phone for gps even though their car came with navigation or if they have a gps like garmin and ect. Cuz the phone gps might be more accurate or update or have features that a regular gps or navigation might not have like if theres police ahead or theres a pot hole in the road or traffic jam
Hello, I have a question. first thank you for the video. Could you please tell me if I need to stick my mini SDcard into the stereo unit first to formate it like you do in a camera? My unit doesn't seem to be able to read my card and I have music and videos already loaded. Thank you in advance.
When I play and artist with 2+albums, when the 1st album is done I have to go back and browse for that artist and play the 2nd album. Nothing plays continuously.
In georgia they passed a law the hands-free act. If u get caught using ur phone thats not hands free technology A first offense will cost you $50 and one point on your driver’s license - drivers with 15 points in a 24-month period lose their license. A second offense costs $100 and two points, and a third costs $150 and three points.
I have over 20 thousand songs on my computer and it's a good idea to take your time and organize music into folders and put them on a SD card, trade your music files with friends and family and you'll have thousands in no time!
Have you tried it yet? The worst thing that should happen is incompatibility won't allow the SSD to appear as a USB device. A passport works so I'd think you should be okay.
Great video. I personally use Jetaudio 9.2.1 plus app on my phone. It's the best for sound. A must if you have factory speakers it has so many options to make your system sound like an aftermarket set up. It Has surround sound/20 band eq/pre amp/Sound effects/AM3D audio enhancer/Bongiovi DPS/Crystalizer also. I've tried all music apps. You won't be dissapointed. Thanks for the monster cable info. Im ordering 1 asap. I use the bluetooth option.
Knockout 360 dam I just copped a 2014 dodge charger hemi and wondered about the memory slot smh u know what else is crazy people talk shit about the v6 vs v8 and I've always had the v6 but now I got the v8 and it ain't that big of a difference
If you take your car to a speaker audio store they can unlocked something behind your screen where you can watch videos while your driving . Look into it. Ask them in person it's kinda a illegal thing.
I've been using usb for music since '12. Each car is diff but the screen is gonna be much bigger then a phone. Also I dnt like jammin and my phone rings over the speakers or leaving my phone in the car with pple like when u run in the store, a quick building, or pump gas. USB sound is superior to any line in or B/T and it easier for passengers to control if needed. I kno it's hard to leave Apples ecosystem but if usb wasnt better it wouldn't be in new whips. Let your phone chill & charge. Just my 0.02 cents.
I just stream it with Bluetooth, use a media player app to navigate all that stuff you did. I just put it on shuffle and tap the button on the screen to see what's coming up.
How to use a usb and sd card? Really? If you don't know how to plug in a card/usb, you should just use your Walkman and cassette tapes, or pull out the 8-track from your '72 Trans Am. But really though. The trick is to format your 32Bit SD-card in FAT, then make a folder "music" inside and drag your music to that folder. A playlist is another story. Make sure your playlist is *.m3u format.
Lord u taking all day come on wit it my guy

My thumb drive don't pick up RUclips videos for the audio sounds, but will the SD card read them? Or will they have to be converted to mp3?
Does the sd card and usb play videos or no?

Correct you will need to format the disk then move music onto the drive then insert into car
@@Knockout360 Thank you! I have my music! iTunes and RUclips.
Great stuff
I always wondered about this lol good video bro 🔥🔥
Please show how you put them on the sd Card! Everytime I try it says its not supported. Maybe its cause I need to use Itunes
Reformat it. Stick it into a computer and change the format. That will fix it
@@Ser24870 what format?
@@chloespilman6722 fat32, make sure to use a Windows or Linux PC as macOS could mess things.
I have a 2014 jeep grand cherokee limited and for some reason the SD card slot does not read it. It just says INSERT SD CARD. What should I do?
Clean the SD CARD real GOOD and even clean the drive to make sure there is no dust or anything! Then Re-INSERT
What is the maximum format?
I see you are using a 32 GB card.
My sd card slot wont read my sd card, the option to switch the source to the sd card is greyed out. Plz help

I've got over 1600 songs on my SD card, most of them off RUclips, works great

Great Video! I have close to 200 TB of music across multiple genres and looking forward to integrating that music into my RAM 1500 Laramie Limited.

What have you been smoking to say it's not that much of a difference? I went for a V6 challenger to the hemi and it's a world of difference.

The only way you can play videos is if you burn it into a DVD and put it into your CD player

What if you don't have your phone?
additionally... most phones no longer not put music out with as much volume through BT as through Cable/Card
