My boys can make all the fun they want but I love my backrest and road sofa I put 1800 miles from FL to Tail and surrounding roads in 4 days loved every mile.
I’ve heard a lot of good things about that seat. I think Glenn has one if I’m not mistaken but anyway, I’m glad you like it. It looks good. Comfort is the key keep on putting out these great videos.
When I bought my Wing, it came with an Ultimate Seat installed. Years ago, I tried one on my Victory and did not like it. I'm more about a "saddle" than "cushion" like the Ultimate, unfortunately, my LOVES her seat and I can't take that away from her... Anyway I tried the drivers back rest that came with the seat, so far I'm not sold on it, the back rest makes me feel cramped in the cockpit...
@@FLYANDRIDE15 Thanks for the reply. It seamed liked you were way up in the tank. I think I would go for extended reach. Anyway love your channel and John’s too. I watch all your stuff keep up the great content it’s very much appreciated!
@@bryanrogers9714 Thx bro. Appreciate. I’m 5’10” so keep that mind and with the tbar setup I have and the aggressive handlebars if I go for extended reach I would barely reach.

Just Road 1300 miles with my new Road Sofa this past weekend. Great seat for long days in the seat. I also have the back rest but didn't use it on this trip. The seat looks awesome on your bike. Ride safe and enjoy. 👊✌️👍
My dealer let me try the Saddleman. I had a Mustang on my Heritage and it was nice. The thing I like about the Saddleman is it’s more narrow in the front and makes moving the bike around a lot easier. I went with the carbon fiber look. Didn’t care for the feel of the stitched.
Most likely I will choose the carbon fiber look and I understand it’s not as susceptible to rain as the cross stitch seat. The backrest is a must for me.
I dont need a seat for looks but for function. That function is the backrest… The best motorcycle mod on any bike for me even thinking of putting one on my 23 GSA Trophy😂😂 I just cant justify the high price of said seat…
the saddlemen seat is the biggest waste of money i have sunk into my 2024 so far. almost 900 bucks for a seat that changes ride position too much. I am giving ultimate seats a chance. they have a 14 day return policy, keep the same right height and offer 3 different reach variants of the seat. plus you order the stock black and if you like it you send it back and just order the custom stitched one. That way you aren't spending so much money on a seat with no option to return if you dislike the ride height/arm reach.
I love Saddlemen seats. I have one on the way . I need it for these 13 to 17 hour road trips. That I do in one day.
You will enjoy it for sure. 👍
I agree, my Road Sofa w/ Backrest was very comfortable right out of the box!
Thx for sharing 🤙
Looks great ride safe and enjoy

Man. It’s comfortable as heck! Can’t wait to put more miles on it 🤙
Great video my friend! Thanks for sharing. Ride safe brother 🙏
Thank you 🤙
Bike sounds great!
Thx bro
I agree about 1st impressions. Very interesting. I've always wondered about those backrests. On a side note, I love those mirrors. Stay cool!
Thank you, appreciate it !
After coming back from Tennessee I definitely need to invest in one of those seats and back rest
Highly recommend it bro. Super comfy
Looking good Sir!

Thx Robert. I’ve had the road sofa for a while and it’s very comfortable but the back rest makes a big difference 🤙💯
How do you like the tbar setup vs the traditional bars. I currently have 12’s. I didn’t go with that’s because I was afraid it would block the radio
Loving it. This setup that @getlowered did allows me to see the radio and have full functionality. It’s an 8inch rise with 1.5” pull back.
Info on that highway peg set up please? Make? Where purchased? Thnx! Great video too btw.
Thank you. Those are by Karyaken and purchased online a while ago.
@@FLYANDRIDE15 can you attach any foot peg to them or do they come in just that style?
@@fireguy_75 They come in that style. Not sure if you can attach any other to them.
How did you get that bar setup on a batwing fairing?
@@derfskittlers6125 I had all work custom made at Getlowered. In PA. Give him a call.
How is it for the passenger
@@mitchconnelly900 no good for passenger unless they are tiny.

Is this extended reach?
This one is regular reach

I have a 2023 Street Glide Special and I cannot decide between Saddleman and Mustang, I hate to make a $1000 mistake
Not sure about Mustang but I can guarantee this is one of the best seats out there. Give them a call.

Ordered my Saddleman Touring CF with backrest today.
I had a Saddlemen with a backrest. And the backrest wasn't stiff, it would bend once I leaned against it. I'm not a big guy either.
