✝️ Cast your anxiety to God
Psalm 55:22 says, “Cast your burden on the Lord, and He will sustain you; He will never permit the righteous to be moved.”
Take a moment to pray and tell God exactly what it is that’s causing you anxiety.
Then, as you prayerfully surrender it to Him, trust in His faithfulness to take care of you.
Distract yourself with other activities -
Rather than ruminating on your anxious thoughts, try to find something else to focus on. Just simply taking a walk is great!

I pray my short testament inspires one to trust in HIM and truly cast all your cares onto HIM. I know if HE did it for me then HE will do it for you today. My storms are not over but they are embraced with peace because I know who's in charge.

I have anxiety attacks here and there because of stress or things that go on in my life but I am grateful to God for giving me the strength and wisdom to get through it and I’m grateful for my family for reminding me that God is the way through the ocean of life

We’re human and we have circumstances and situations that happen without our doing or knowledge. I always find myself more to lean on God, because I know how it feels to be navigating through the downpour of emotions. I also know how wonderful it is to discover and hold on to the comfort and the peace that God gives. He is our constant source for help and everything else in our lives. And he’s never busy and always available. That’s one person who won’t ever put you on hold. Though times when we get caught within the day itself, we should never put God on hold. Jesus is coming back and he is the only way. God bless everyone on this Monday morning. Prayers for Israel and the rest of the world.
