- Oregon State gymnast Jade Carey posted two more perfect 10s on bars and floor as she won the all-around in a meet at Stanford with a score of 39.875 on Feb. 24, 2023. Carey received a 9.975 on beam and 9.9 on vault.

I love jade. She seems so humble and kind. Her artistry seems to be getting better. However, it’s like there is just a hard barrier between her and letting loose. But what a talent!
Hard disagree- this is like telling someone who already smiles a lot to smile more. Just because she’s more outwardly reserved doesn’t mean she doesn’t let loose. Also you see but a few minutes of her life here & there. She’s clearly having a great time with her team.

Those 10s are so well-deserved! Her routines are gorgeous! Also did not any obvious deductions in the beam routine. So impressive!
What am I missing here? Her feet are always far apart on the landings. Are they not judging the landing anymore
Nah, undeserved 10 on bars due to form breaks with her feet/legs on her twisting release moves and feet flexed. On floor, too much posing and waving meaningless movements on floor with little to no expression/artistry. Overscored!

Gets definitely better… I‘m excited how she will look in elite, hopefully really focussing on the artestry there as well. I think it definitely got more pleasing to watch…
