Hi thanks for the video. Not sure if this makes sense but if I'm applying June next year as a 4th year medical student, does that mean I will need enough reference by the closure of the application process? I'm asking because some of us is undertaking research in the first half of the year which makes finding reference tricky. Thank!

yeh totally makes sense - it's not impossible but I think good idea to get some good references this year as a back ups if you are doing research next year for the first half. they will be understanding but if you have limited exposure make the most of your time now and also try to get your supervisor to give you a reference too :)
