Ya Shiekh. I'm memorised the Quran when I was 16. I'm now 33.
I never mastered the art of beautiful recitation. I had given up completely and I've also stopped leading Taraweeh for the past 5 years due to self confidence issues.
Your video has given me some hope. Remember me in your duas.
When you lead prayers, focus on the meaning and sharing the meaning through your voice with the congregation rather than just focusing on how nice it sounds. The meaning will give it beauty and you don't need to worry about it to the level it will affect your confidence in sha Allah.

Personally, I prefer imams that recite smooth and clear over ones that alter their voices to sound more beautiful. Allah love those that beautify their voices when they recite the Quran but don’t define beauty as only sounding nice.

Mashallah, I really appreciate this video. I can recite the Quran with good tajweed and good makhraj but people said my voice is "bad" and "toneless". Thank you, ustadz. The Quran shouldn't be recited like singing a song, but to be read, memorized, understood, and practiced in our life.

I have a really bad voice and feel embarrassed whenever I have to recite loudly while praying or reading Quran. Your method gives me hope, I will work on it.

Subhanallah means Allah is perfect free from all blemishes
So Subhanallah only Allah can be perfect
But Alhamdulillah means all Praises and thanks is to Allah alone

No other Kitaabs of Allah were given access to common people (taurath and injeel) but we have The Quran in our hands we can learn it recite it in such a way the angels stop to hear it

Just learn the tajweed the maaadh s the ghunnah the pushs and pauses and recite it just for yourself to feel it's beauty
Inn Sha Allah in some time you will feel amazing about yourself

I m learning just now how to read Quran in Arabic. I always thought you have to have an amazing voice for recitation and I was sad thinking I can never do it, but my soul melt when i hear someone recitate so beautiful SubhanAllah.
