I knew she was an only before she said it, one big telltale is an OBSCENE amount of books and a pet that’s a sibling surrogate more than animal. This is only in south Texas lol. You can get a brand new house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for $1,000 a month. This apartment would be like $425 in the Texas panhandle😩
Dallas is considered part of North Texas. South Texas would probably be San Antonio or as far down as Laredo. $1,200 is about the general rent for a recently built apartment in the DFW area. Some can be more expensive depending on how new the apartment is, location, square footage and so. Some apartments in the Plano / Richardson area are about $1400+ a month
West texas and I'm renting to own a 2 bedroom one bathroom house for $700 this includes the three lots the house is sitting on and a big commercial garage.

any other person id be a little upset for keeping a mal in an apartment (super high energy/working dogs need tons of stimulation to thrive) but this girl seems so well put together and lives near the lake for the hiking trails etc that i am confident she takes care of this dog to the absolute best of her ability and he seems like he is so happy and well cared for that i am thankful he is with such an awesome human. Nothing against anyone else who may have a mal in an apartment but its generally not the greatest idea. this girl can do it all tho
