Zotero Plugin Add-on Pc Microsoft Word Missing

- The Microsoft word add-on for Zotero sometimes cannot be installed and does not show to cite your sources. If you cant see your Word folder try these.
Is the folder in any of these below:
C:\Windows\Profiles\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\Startup
C:\Users\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\Startup
C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\Startup
Try to Type in the "Type here to search box bottom left". %appdata%\Microsoft\Word\Startup
If no good try below:

Or if all else fails create a STARTUP folder in C:\Users\::username::\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\

Hello sir, It was useful. I could do this on Word however the problem still persists on the Google Documents. Can you please help?
İf install folder are empty,how can l fix it?
I have that zotero inside my word file .. but still its now showing on ms word 😢
First is there blank invisible tab in word ribbon in between "View" and "Help" tabs.

Word I clicked "Developer Tools" > Word Add-Ins and using "Add" I pasted the file location of Zotero.dotm in the Word startup folder, clicked "OK"
Or follow my video from the start again.

Hi, In the search box on your desktop type Zotero.
Do a right click and select open file location.
You may need to right click again and select properties to see if you can find your folder.
I don't have WORD after I select Microsoft in app data 🙄

Open the Zotero installation folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero).
In the installation folder, open extensions\zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org\install,
Then place it in:
C:\Users\::username::\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\Startup

i did as you said but it is still not showing :( i even restarted the pc :(
export all your references and save them.
Uninstall Zotero and reinstall and see if that helps :-)
