In my previous video I gave you my views on 5 Fearsome Factors that make Japanese superstar Naoya Inoue such an effective proposition in the boxing ring.
The 5 factors were his widened stance his use if the jab as a trigger, his crushing punching power, his use of the centre line/flank/target concept when punching and his willingness to take risks.
In this video I provide you with 3 boxing combinations kick-starters that bear the hallmark of the Naoya Inoue boxing technique.
The 3 boxing combinations are:
1. Jab (with a step in) and the lead hand hook to the head - the is based upon the concept of the jab being used as a trigger.
2. Back hand uppercut to the chest/chin followed by the lead hand hook to the body - this is based upon the concept of the centreline/flank/target concept.
3. Lead hand hook to the body followed by a straight back hand to the head - this is based upon the principle of Inoue being a risk taker. You can lessen the risk by reversing the combination i.e. starting with the back hand and ending with the hook to the body.

The only reason why inoue didn’t go for the body at the beginning was because of donaires vicious left hook...He only went for it after he felt that donaire strength was fading because of age...absolutely calculation.
You've been on FIRE lately!! Thanks for the share.
I like it when guys like Floyd and Prince Naseem Hamed.............and this guy, make the smaller weight divisions relevant/noticeable. Theres so much talent out there and I think people ( certainly myself ) are guilty of just focusing in on the HW division. Guys like this, Tank and Loma make those divisions really count.
During my boxing lessons I should learn some footwork. Now it's more a cardio boxing lesson. The emphasis is too much on cardio.
Work on footwork on your own time. It's hard for coaches to see the little imperfections but you can feel if you're doing it right. Drill, endless drills.
Can we financially support you in any way other than buying the two $100 courses on your website? You keep coming up with the best videos which seem better than what I could even ask for! you should do merch.
I agree with that! While I don't have the money to send 100$ I'd be more than happy to donate.
Just enjoy the material pal...nice of you to mention it though👍
@@myboxingcoach you are an excellent teacher and you seem to be a good person, thank you for all of this don't stop!
Your boxing videos are so great. It’s essentially practice, you are not talking for nothing.

Good boxing coaching easy to follow
Happy new year coach
Cool
Could you make some gervonta davis uppercut drills?
Will look into that - fantastic fighter 👍
Wow amazing! Bit hurt from my knee but when I recover I will drill, drill, drill!!
for your knee: wrap it around with toilet paper a few rounds , on it, you wrap your knee with aluminium poil that you normally use in the kitchen. that too about 3-4 rounds. pull something tight on it such as a yoga pants or a knee guard. sleep with it the whole night. continue daily till your injury becomes history. all the best lah.
@@zoltanveres1754 late reply but i appreciate it!!
How to stop the double quick jab from an opponent who’s thinking is fire and move he’s also trying to get away from the right hand of his opponent
ruclips.net/video/iq7rmZGmLG0/видео.html this mate. Block the first one and when he is coming forward do the check hook. But not after his punch. The exact same time with his punch
Great video as always, thank you!
Thanks Fran for another great video
Watch in x1.75
Tq... Mr. Sands, your videos are soo helpful for the upcoming generation.. And to correct their mistakes

No risk no champagne 🍾 good drills coach
Beautifully simple.
Follow up with aggression - this I can do.
Thank you once again Frano, top quality.
Thank you for your excellent videos!
Hello
👍
Fran, you're a Warrior. You must be a butterfly on the dance floor. SHOT TWICE WITH THE SAME BULLET!!! Fran Sands that's your motto bro, shot twice with the same bullet!
Haha. I like the motto, but I'm a car crash on the dance floor😂
,
Hey Fran I’ve been subscribed for a while and love all your content.
As an MMA fighter who loves boxing
I was wondering your thoughts on Conor McGregor’s boxing ability within MMA. If you haven’t seen many of his fights the UFC RUclips channel just posted his full fight with Eddie Alvarez, IMO it is a beautiful display of boxing within MMA. Keep up the great work.
Great video coach , but how would you counter a aggressive counter puncher ?
quality
One of the most devastating punching in boxing, the right uppercut left to the body, you can get some much rotation, canelo great at it. Nice video again coach.
Good video
Brilliant as always fran would love to see a video from you on nutrition and making weight
Fran, can I get really good at boxing with your foundation program even if I don't spar?
You can learn the basics and build a solid fitness regime.
Happy New Year, Mr. Sands.
I've been boxing for 9 years, with a couple of fights, but still learn a lot from each of your videos. They are incredibly helpful and insightful. Thanks a lot.
I tried to download the ebook but they said that there is an issue
happy 2020 brother
The discount code is not working.
Hi fran, in combination 5:56 I've also noticed how the body leans a bit too much forward after the straight back hand. Isn't it unusual or just part of the risk taking combination you showed us? Many thanks
Should have shown a side view - looks like a lean forward but is actually a hip rotation...body stay's central (some weight onto the front leg)
@@myboxingcoach got it, thanks!
Thank you, your form is amazing!!
And jump jab .
The best boxing channel.
You are the best Fran!!!
thankyou fran
