So if we happen to use one office (cannot install or download software) and a personal laptop, theres no way we can get the flow to work. But we still can use the monitor switch button and the only thing thats nt qorking is the copy and paste. So thats still nt an issue.
Logitech still advertises the 'flow' functionality on their MX Keys site and marketing, yet provides no possible way to use any of the features and no disclaimer saying you need a Logitech mouse for it to work.
STILL NOT WORKING!!! All the settings are accurate as stated in the video. I even reset and repaired all my devices for both computers. Still i cannot copy and paste from one computer to the other.
hello from Sri Lanka . bro am using K850 key Bord and M720 mouse. it as work nicely. Within 4 months. copy past not working its changing another key. but wen I open the logitech software. in mouse option and flow enable flow. not working. pls try to help me
my flow works for about 5 times back and forth and then it crashes and i have to restart my mouse. all firmware is up to date. anyone else getting this?
My Flow was pretty unstable between a 2014 imac and 2017 imac pro. I think because my keyboard tray and mouse were located below a thick wooden desktop, if the dongles were connected direct to the computers, the signal was weak as obstructed by the table top. I used a usb extension cable which put the dongles under the table and closer to the keyboard and mouse. Seems like there is a stronger signal reaching these devices making it Flow more stable. The bluetooth connectivity was worse than the dongle, probably because my devices are located under the table top.
I'm not sure why I cannot Enable Flow , at the how to set up stage in my logitech options. it says "Please enable logitech flow on other computers". I am only using 1 Mac Computer and 1 mouse, not multiple computers. I want to allow my mouse to have copy paste settings
The copy/paste settings are for when you are using flow on up to 3 machines. If you are using 1 machine then flow won't work. Your mouse already has copy/paste ability.
I had the right configuration. In my case I think that c / p is working when you move the mouse from screen to screen but if you decide to switch betwen computers using the mouse's botton then is not working...
straight to the point, thank you for sharing.
Welcome!
Still not working for mac. I don't have a Logitech mouse. There is no Flow option and I'm using the old software because I have an old iMac
Still not working. I'm using a Mac.
mines is enabled but the copy and paste option between the two computers is not working still.
I typed in Software but it does not look like yours. I am lost. :(

Useless for PC
What if I only have the keyboard there. For the mouse (Logitech G502 X Plus I have other software)?

I have a problem where the keyboard does ot follow the mouse. Everything on this video matches the settings I have currently. Any suggestions?
I don't have the mouse - how can I access the Flow options without the MX mouse?
not sure if you know, nearly all users of PCs are not Mac users - tile is misleading?

Thanks man, I have been using my K850 keyboard without flow, then I have watched this video and solve my keyboard flow issue. thaks a lot.

It should still work.
You shouldn't say "EXspecially"... It diminishes your credibility. Just say it how it's written 'especially'... no X needed.
Good catch, thanks for the feedback!
No Flow button in my software. What should I do?
What mouse/keyboard do you have?
Thank you. This really helped with my Mac.
Glad it helped!
