Just do what you can. If necessary, you can warm up your way up to the rxed weight, it is just that those reps DO NOT count in the final total. I recommend warming up your snatch before starting the wod.
just tried this for the first time and i'm loving it >:O the earthdowns in the burpees were challenging ,but rather than that ,it feels great finishing it :D
If you just started you more than likely would not be able to make it to that portion of the work out in 17 minutes. I mean no disrespect but if you are not able to snatch 210 for one rep, your bigger concern would be 165 for 30 reps. Good luck!

No you can't bounce the bar off the ground and catch it into another rep. You can drop it and let it bounce, but it needs to settle down first.

This is hard as hell. I did this with the women's weights just to try it out and only got 130 reps. Good luck
