Froning is the king of movement...he’s so symmetrical it’s astonishing...I notice when he drops the barbell it always bounces straight up...no crazy hops that have to be chased...as perfect as a human can do it
He's an absolute beast, but Fraser is going to match him this year in overall CF Games wins ... probably next year too to surpass him. The guy is a monster and there's nobody even close to his level as of right now. I don't think even Froning could have beat him at his peak TBH.
@@CU08 All about adaptation. Workouts have changed, the programming evolves. Rich has evolved aswell and I'm 100% sure that if he ever (he won't) comes back individual, he'd make it hurt because that guy only wants first place (who doesn't). He's a top 10 athlete at most just by training team lol, no where near what individual intensity is (not that team isn't challenging- you get my point).
dre did a good job in min 16:22 when rich slams the belt to the floor and music stops .... if rich went to the games as individual i think he would make frasser work really hard for his money ( no disrespect on matt, hes a beast) i thougt vellners time was brutal finishing in 16'40 but this is incridible

For him God has always been first, family is now second, but he loves the training and sport so much he stays team because he doesn't know how to not compete daily. I love CrossFit I’m in the adult team and I’m only 13 soon 14. I go on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and Friday’s. On Wednesday and Monday I go to Taekwondo, (I’m a black tip going for black when 15). And on Saturday and Sunday I go bike riding. What I’m saying here is you can start being active at a young age. If your not somebody that does CrossFit at my age... give it a go! It’s so much fun! And if you want join Taekwondo to. 👍

I’m trying to really get into CrossFit. Been doing it for a few months now and i like it a lot. But I can’t seem to do any movements where you get under the weight really low and do those front squats. It always feels like I’m gonna blow my left knee out. I’ve had to resort to doing other exercises for legs like sled pushing. Any tips on how to do it properly?
Jake Stewart one thing you can do is build more muscle at the legs. I Practice at home everyday doing squats, In fact I made up my own rule. I had to do 100 squats before every meal or snack I had. And since I did that everyday my CrossFit teacher is really surprised how much I’ve improved. But he always says “don’t push yourself too far because your only 13” it’s funny. Anyway I hope you find helpful even though you asked the question about 5 months ago. 😂
