Low profile handles for shutters or blinds - how to change them on UPVC windows

I need something like this for my french doors on conservatory.. can find low profile handles for it anywhere .. they stick out into the blinds

They don't seem to make low profile handles for doors as they are heavier and generally need locks.

I can't find a solution anywhere. What about when the handle base is the same thickness as the window frame facing edge. The perfect fit frame hits the handle base.
