Can you replace the armor with level 2 armor from axial? I have a jacket that i can remove it from just wondering

It'll be a tight fit, but you can get the Axial armor in there. CE2 armor is much thicker, so the pocket will be tight since it is designed for REV'IT!'s softer CE1 SeeSmart armor.

Does this hoodie provide warmth / any insulation for colder weather riding?

Not apart from the main construction of the Hoody. You'd be able to ride on chilly days, but not into the dead of winter.
