I've had it on repeat nonstop since it came out. I bet you'll find yourself humming the chorus later and I also bet that if you played it one more time you'd be hooked. The reactions I've seen almost universally start off with confusion, then heads bopping, then big smiles, then singing along by the second chorus and at the end some version of, "I don't know how but this totally works."
Uhh, there was an ATM in the bank?? I think being serious went out the window with that. Song's not as weird as a ballad cover with chello's, think Last Resort steps farthest from the norm.

Me personally I think he was just telling people,"Look I'm human just like everyone else I've fucked up I'm doing my best to do what's right." Ronnie has a great sense of humor. I think he was having fun with this one with an added fuck you lol. As far as Jellyroll he's amazing. That hoedown breakdown hit hard as always in Falling In Reverse style, after which Jellyroll really brought that shit home.
