  • Franklin D Roosevelt Little White House in Warm Springs Georgia
FDR left his mark as one of the most dynamic figures to have ever held the title of president of the U.S. We are traveling to Warm Spring, GA to visit the Little White House where on April 12, 1945, FDR suffered a cerebral hemorrhage that took his life as the end of WWII was in sight.

We visited this area around 10 years ago. We enjoyed it very much. We are leaving tomorrow to visit again. My father is staying at the Roosevelt Warm Springs Rehabilitation and Specialty Hospital. It was renamed some years back. We're going over to visit him for Thanksgiving. It is a very beautiful place. The historical aspects seem to have remained intact. I enjoyed your video. Thank you.

My wife and I took our son there and several other places while he was on spring break when he was in elementary school . We also went to Plains, GA and Jimmy Carters Boyhood Farm. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! We lived in Georgia for 9 years and never went there. We had it planned but it didn’t happen. Great job explaining the history. 👍🏻
