    I have never seen a tour video where the artist includes everyone, regardless of who they are or what they do to keep the tour going. I am sure they appreciate being mentioned as part of the touring family. Thank you, Lee, for including everyone and the "backbone" of the tour.

    This is so enlightening on how hard working musicians like you guys live on a daily basis while touring.

    Opened in 2002, the venue accommodates approximately 8,000 people for concerts and other events in a casual outdoor setting. On the west bank of the Deschutes River, it sits at an elevation of 3,600 feet (1,100 metres) above sea level.
    The venue was built in 2001 and opened the next year as the Les Schwab Amphitheater, after the Central Oregon businessman who founded the tire retail chain also carrying his name.
    The venue was one of four finalists selected in the 2016 Sunset Magazine Awards in the "Best Outdoor Music Venue" category, which honors a Western theater, amphitheater or other outdoor concert site for constantly delighting music lovers.

    • @Mark_Brooks
      @Mark_Brooks Год назад +2

      In 2020, the venue was upgraded to accommodate larger productions. It re-opened for the 2021 concert season with new seating areas and a modified design for improved viewing.
      In November 2021, the amphitheater was renamed the Hayden Homes Amphitheater after a Central Oregon-based home builder established in Redmond in 1989, after it had been a longtime supporter of the venue. According to developer of the Old Mill District Bill Smith, "Hayden Homes shares the same values we do. We named the venue after Les Schwab the man for 20 years, to honor his contribution to helping build the Old Mill District. Hayden Homes builds and invests in this community ... Passing the torch to Hayden Homes feels right."

    The Hayden Homes Amphitheater is an independent, outdoor riverfront venue built in the historic Old Mill District in 2001. Nestled along the Deschutes River, there might not be a better spot in the Pacific Northwest to catch a show.
    Since their first season in 2002 they have hosted more than a million guests concerts, craft beer festivals, graduations, races, and more. The Hayden Homes Amphitheater has become a destination for musicians and fans alike for its stunning natural beauty and intimate location right in the heart of Bend. Guests can walk or bike right to the venue from almost anywhere in town and are treated to shows highlighted by the gorgeous backdrop of the Cascade Mountains.

      @lav, I don't know if you've seen the commercial video for Liquid Death but it seems they went to a lot of trouble to mock people of good faith. I've been reliably informed they hired an actual witch to perform incantations over the actual brand product not too dissimilar to what is practiced in the entertainment industries today. You might find this funny, stupid or just religious but why do they do commercials in the first place? Because they work........ Just saying if you're a Christian or person of faith you may want to look into what is now being done right in front of our faces and not hidden anymore. Blessings @lav.......
      p.s. The roadie in my band went on to be the front of house engineer for Peter Frampton, and many others years later. I know what you're sayin....... them's girls in the tour bus now.......

    I like the simple outdoor picnic kind of events.
    So when you’re on the road, you serve breakfast lunch and dinner?

      The crew gets three meals. If we get there early we get lunch scraps. But we normally get dinner.

    Ben &Jerry's is good, but Tillamook is better. I'm surprised that they didn't have a massive stand for them considering that it is made in state.

      The question is, is his pronunciation of Oregon in that song poetic license or because he's from the tri-state area? (Ain't the way us western folks has always said it🤠).

    Hello sir Lee, I listened to a 'live' rendition from not too long ago of the song "Nobody knows me" (?). In 3/4... Some moments seemed 'colla voce', and while you and the pianist were in 'sync' (I would have expected Jim to play more 8th notes), I could not see any head nod or sure of who was leading who..., especially when the vocal did not mark the pulse or a downbeat... Were you doing telepathy ?

      Really intense listening to each other. No one other than Lyle is leading and his interpretation can be slightly different each time. A real challenge.
