The talk about the responsibility for children hits home. I was a warrior and an engineer before I became a father. I had fougth for freedom and peace before and I had designed medical devices that helped millions of people to get healty again. But taking the responsibility for this little girl scared the shit out of me. Caring for a child is different than caring for a women or doing a complicted job in a team. They are totally helpless, they do not understand what's going on around them or how to deal with it. At the beginning they can not even communicate with you effectivly. Its all up to you to show them how to deal with life. Every day you have to decide when to protect them from something they can't handle yet and when to let them figure it out themselfs. And going wrong in either direction in their upbringing can cause damage. This complete and unwavering trust a small child put into you to always know what's rigth is a pressure I still feel today sometimes. But it made me grow. And there is nothing more rewarding in life than seeing a child grow in its abilities to deal with the big and small issues in life after teaching them how to do it.
Dwayne of DryCreek Wrangler School is a wise man with the most simple common sense approach to life. Maybe if more folks would get back to the simple way of life the world would be better off. We’ve forgotten the lessons that we were taught when we grew up and making our own way, instead way too many now have a feeling of entitlement and believe that they are owed everything from those that actually work and provide for their families. Cowboy up guys and take the responsibility that you have being a man and don’t expect anything to be given to you, do what’s right and if you’re able help someone without expecting anything in return.
I subscribed immediately. This is why I wake up, im not a cowboy by any means but i am a MAN! I get out and go get shit done as a man should. Thanks guys for reinforcing these thoughts in my head! I love it!!!!!
As a fresh father of a two-months old girl, on the other side of the Atlantic... This hit the spot. Don't expect applause, don't even expect gratitude - though it may come one day. Get off your ass and do what needs to be done, for the ones who'se well being is your responsibility.
Everything that you want, requires you to sacrifice something to get it. Even if it’s just your time. The most important question in life is, what you want out of it. The next important question is, what are you willing to give up to get it.
There is a manager’s responsibility to maintain the line of home life and work life. If someone is at home they should not be communicated with unless they are salaried.
.....I've met some scary guys but my 65 year old Foreman, oh fuck....he easily scares the shit out of us lol....however...when you do a job and he likes it, he just nods and says ok here's what's next..lol...that nod is from God lol
My whole life, if I wanted something, I had to work for it. At 71 my new truck will paid by going back to work. Get off your backside and do what needs to get done. The state and US government will be happy to take from you. But everything they "give" you will cost you your soul.
as much as i scram i am going galt, there are people here, now, that i need to care for now. they won't be here tomorrow...they are here now. and when my most beautiful fiancee comes to her senses, i will growl, and hackles up, and show my teeth, for as much as i can....for her. my tribe, i will walk through fire, and scream and swing my weapons. i love them all, and the things i am near now, i have to be forced to be a leader, when all i want to do is go galt and build something new elsewhere. and i will. and leaving them here, will hurt.
Worked hard my whole life...messed up my back doing it over time. Worked any job that needed doing...everything from literally shoveling shit to construction and working in places other people dare not go. I know how to take care of myself. But, if you think the company cares about you...they don't in the end. Now I'm tired every day, have trouble running my own life most days, because of pain. No one wants to hire me because they look at me as a future compensation claim. Always a hand full of people that carry a company. When they leave....you find out who really runs the show...because the money stops rolling in for the company. Never seen a boss man get down on the floor with the crew so fast in my life as when people quit because of exaustion. As soon as the profits dispear the bosses all come back from holiday. And if you put in legitimate comp claims, they make you out to be the bad guy.
It's true. The ones you see around you are most likely softened up. In this time it's seen as wrong to be a traditional man. Dry Creek Wrangler School can teach you a lot.
I understand the sentiment, but this video goes way, way too far. Not all problems are the fault of the people who have them. That is a very naive and stupid way of thinking.
You don't get more TRUTH than this - and everyone of us needs to stop blaming, accept responsibility and fix it. 🌲🦌🌲
Amen.

Your girl has a great Dad, we all can tell from your comment. I need to take some of your advice but something's are easier said than done.
Truth doesn't get any simpler, or better, than this!

I wish I could share this, this is life
amen to that 100% especially that part where’s it’s your job to protect your own
Truth.
Personal responsibility is what’s in short supply these days.
Thanks 👍

I like your accent ❤
Families and children don't need to be around the threat of violence and rage as their protector ponders hurting people.
