Straight out of the 2000’s with the ‘I just train hard bro you wouldn’t believe how hard I train bro’. Come on Dana don’t you know you need a better excuse in 2021
I train hard but then I drank powder for a while and my testosterone rose from being in a prison like environment, these levels are survival levels not gained in a gym not gained in a ring gained in the jungle
To be fair I had to constantly contend with people thinking I'd started taking Roids when I trained in my 20s and 30s cos I bulked so quick packed on muscle and was naturally super strong from about 3 years old I was mega strong as a kid. But I'm a bloke and in England and I found out just before I was 40 that I have some ancient Viking genes so who knows if that helped given the Scandinavians make up a majority of the world's strongest men, so that could be reason I guess or I'm just naturally able to pack muscle on for some other genetic reason, but like I say I'm a fella and at the time loads of people were shooting up Roids here in England well starting to, so when I bulked up in like 3 or 4 months training 4 hour sessions etc in the gym people made a wrong assumption I'd started using steroids when in fact I wasn't even getting enough protein as I later found out! Lol or id have been bigger in my 20s lol 😅🤦🏻 so it is possible for blokes, but even then you don't get that same "cut" like with Roids despite how low your body fat may be you're never going to get both size and cut to the same degree, you gotta sacrifice the cit for the size generally, and like I say women don't have testosterone levels like men and are not genetically built like men with the same musculature, so I cannot see how that is the case with her or anyone else who's a woman unless they're doing something.. Just my humble opinion.. 🤷👍💪❤️🏴
She isn't THAT big, and yeah she is undeniably ripped but that's after almost 20 years of consistant training, and would be alot bigger by now if she juiced up, on top of her voice being insanely deep
@@Mrs.Deanna_Ember She's DEFINITELY on pharmaceuticals but not enough to cause androgenic effects like voice deepening and rough facial skin. She probably cycles off for extended periods of time.
@@joelouden6592 she takes alot of supplements definitely, and probably a walking chemistry lab as far as that goes, though the steroid doses you are talking about would have to be so minute and sparse that it would have little to no effect in growing substantial muscle, or to be some kind of advantage really. I dont expect you to agree, thats just my take on it after comparing female bodybuilders over the years who really do dose up and have Schwarzenegger-style bodies, though i imagine they wouldnt qualify for many big or licensed competitions because of that
@@IWantMyVisionBack I think a lot of them all use the same "...logic...". "I never asked what is in these health injections so if my coach says that they are natural and I have never failed a test, I am natural."
@christophersavill4785 yeah you're delusional. Her muscle definition and her body fat % is a dead giveaway. Very very very hard for a woman to get below 18% unless you're on something.
People who lie about being natty love saying “I train so hard. I train harder than anyone. You wouldn’t believe how hard I train.” The problem with that statement, is you can only train so hard. More doesn’t equal better with training. After a certain point it has diminishing returns, and you aren’t going to find a body builder who doesn’t train hard enough. Training hard is easy.
Plus recovery. Mr olympia guys juicing out of their mind train harder than anyone, because no natty could ever recover / progress with their frequency and volume.
*also- you can train harder than everyone BECAUSE of the PEDs lol - also…..besides Jay Cutler or something lol what kinda guys would be attracted to women who look like this? 🤢
@@lordhamlett stfu. He’s right. U can go in the gym and train your ass off sweating bullets and whatever your muscle your training worked hard asf. Most people just don’t train hard because it’s hard. They rather do some bullshit that’s easy then make up a million reasons on why they aren’t getting better.
Dana’s the perfect example of why most women won’t weight train. They’re afraid they’re going to look like her because she likes to push the lie that she doesn’t take shit. Pisses me off.
Dana was popular because she had a good balance between feminity and athletic. Especially with women. I really don't buy that women are put off from working out because of her. Women who don't work out, weren't going to work out regardless. They just shift their excuse to some roided up female bodybuilder.
Well, tbh, when I lift, I certainly look nothing like DLB (to say the least, lol), but I do look "bulky" because I have too much fat on my body. That's going to be the case for many normal women, and it's not the best aesthetic imo.
As someone who has always been natty and trained consistently for years while focusing on diet/lifestyle, the defense that they can achieve these results without sauce because they maximally push every vector possible simultaneously (workout duration, frequency, intensity, volume) is one of the biggest red flags that they are on sauce. Natural means you have to be much more mindful of recovery long term, and pushing one vector requires backing off of others, lest you run into pretty major problems and generally feel like shit and plateau.
THIS. Claiming that you "just train that hard" is foolish because naturals cannot recover from training like that. That's part of the effects of gear... Allowing you to train ridiculously hard because of the increased recovery ability. But I suppose a lot of people who don't know the effects of gear would probably believe her.
just because you are natural and don't believe does not mean you are an expert on what a human can accomplish being natural... there are humans out there with much better genes then you imo... we are not all the same... i have been training over 50 years and have seen a lot more than the average lifter...
Ah the classic “if I took steroids , I’d be so much bigger. “ combined with the extra helping of “I workout harder than everyone else “ ; makes for the Natty Cocktail
just like when simeon panda and ulisses were doing q/a long time ago and were like 'bro if I took something i would be much bigger, hard work bro bro bro'
@@chaseteter If an animal made itself look 50% like a different species, which has bigger body parts, would you say it's a god-tier example of its original one?
a girl like her claiming natty is one of the main reason why a lot of casual girls (in my country at least) afraid to exercise lift weight. Because they believe they will become like her physically.
If I was on gear I would have trebled Ronnie Coleman’s Olympia record and deadlifted the WR for reps. I chose to stay natty though for the good of mankind, and because I’m a very noble and ethical person 😁
Building an empire on a lie like she's natty is the line crossed. Tell the truth, and if your empire still develops on truth then all the power to you.
She was sooooooo juicy when at her peak. It's so obvious it's hilarious. She had the most androgenic response to whatever she took too, traps/delts were wedge and her voice definitely changed. You have to go through the old videos of her
Definitely following the Liver King model of "I trained my whole life "I work out like an animal" etc. I think test mentally makes you think you're an animal, so you feel the need to tell everyone you're an animal. Also you feel like you're putting in the work, you deserve the credit - forgetting that test *gave you* that motivation. You wake up wanting to life heavy things. So the deniers are correct that it's less impressive. So they're onto something there. Also - compensation drives behavior. Their following and pay are based on the lie. They're effectively paid to lie about it. Lastly, great point about spouses. Spouses cheat on each other after all. Why wouldn't they lie about PEDs?
Such stupid argument make me believe that these liares have never trained natty. Cause all amateurs with long experience know that your body significantly changes only tw0-threee first years.
I’m really grateful for Derek’s rant about how training in the gym for bodybuilding is not the hardest thing in the world. He’s so right as someone who has been doing bodybuilding workouts for over a decade now. Even switching over to yoga and long distance cardio for a while was more strenuous.
Why do bodybuilders have to take what he said so hard? It's like you guys know you don't work hard he's not saying you don't work hard he's saying verse other sports you don't, difficult concept to grasp I know
@@cleonpierre7969 lol. What makes a “real bodybuilder.” I’ve been lifting likely longer than most of these commenters have been alive. In my 30s I got into gymnastics. Pure exhibitions of strength like front lever, planche, etc. They were all MUCH harder than bodybuilding, took years to achieve. It may be a hard pill to swallow but hypertrophy training is honestly one of the easiest things to do. It isn’t hard in any capacity.
Dereks point of being married to someone and not knowing if they’re on gear is def valid. My buddy literally died of a heart attack in his sleep while laying next to his wife and she found out at his funeral that he was on steroids straight for the last 7 years prior to his death. And yes it was determined that steroids was the cause of his heart enlarging so badly that there was essentially no more room for it to best. It sounds absurd to those of us that understand how PED’s work and what to look for because a lot of us live that lifestyle as well, but we forget that most normal people don’t give a single sht about any of this bodybuilding or fitness stuff and have no idea what they’re even looking at. So my point is people are weird and hide things from even those closest to us.
I feel you bro. My best friend has heart issues due to the gear & is on meds. It nearly killed him a few years back. His wife recently discovered he's secretly back on the gear. He denies it. He lies about it. I try so hard to help him but he doesn't want it. Its an addiction. He was hiding the gear in the garden shed.
Reminds me of when they do an autopsy of these horses that are like generational winners and say, "Wow its heart was 3x the size of the average horse" as if that is evidence that is it a genetic freak and not the fact it was doped up to the gills.
My biggest issue with people claiming “natural” is they fool normal women into thinking they just have to “work hard”. Yes you have to work hard but all the hard work on earth won’t get you a DLB physique. Every woman who picks up a weight thinking they are going to look like these girls needs to know the truth. They end up not getting the results they want even after years and years of working hard. The issue is they are shooting for a goal that isn’t physiologically possible without drugs, it just isn’t. DLB thinks she’s propping the “average” girl up but is doing more harm by misleading these young girls into thinking this is possible naturally. And moreover she’s low-key giving herself physical and moral superiority over everyone else that can’t do it “naturally”. GIRLS!!!!, this isn’t possible without drugs. Nearly 100% of even the bikini girls are on gear (i know several amateur bikini girls who are on at least orals). There isn’t something wrong with you for not being able to look like these girls, they are on drugs. Keep working hard and eating right but please don’t hold yourself to these standards as they aren’t attainable naturally.
Totally agree but another thing she’s doing to the average girl is pushing them away from weightlifting, which would benefit most of them a ton! I can’t tell you how many women I’ve spoken to about fitness that won’t go near the weight rack for fear of “naturally” becoming that shredded. Most women don’t want that kind of physique but will run themselves into the ground with more and more cardio infuriated that they can’t get over their plateau and won’t see the results they desire unless they incorporate some type of weightlifting as well.
@@SnailHatan very true! It’s been refreshing to see some of the new body builders being more transparent it’s much easier to appreciate all their hard work when they’re honest. I guess it seems less like “cheating” in a sense, since they’re not claiming natty status
I spent so many years thinking I was 💩 until I joined a new gym where competitors go and saw ad how much they changed after steroids. Fake bitches on Instagram have this narrative where you only “need consistency” and food heals 🤡
It pushes young women away from weight lifting ,because her physique though awesome it is definitely not the mainstream definition of a healthy attractive woman. A lot of women are very afraid of looking like that.
I think it is sad as someone who just fell in love with weights by accident, much older in life, and was very ignorant about what is possible and not, I actually believed this was attainable for me if I just kept on lifting. Dana was one of the first influencers that I started following and I always wanted to achieve this level of physique and believed it was possible for me. I've only been on RUclips for about 6 months and that was really my first intro to PED's, it turned out a lot of the women I followed were not natural. I think believing this was possible led me to believe that there was something wrong with me. I think more women should be transparent about their use that way joe shmoe like me know that even to have some definition and muscle separation is still pretty damn impressive.
Hi Dessie, I think this *IS* possible for a small minority of women, but they don't have "average" hormone profiles. Whether they're achieving higher tes & HGH from supplements or genetics or health condition, we'll never know. I will say, a lot of it also has to do with training as a child. I was a gymnast as a kid & while I never looked like Dana, I was close. I did test as having very high HGH too. But for 99.5% of women, & maybe 100% who start training as adults, I don't think this is possible naturally. Still, you can look great naturally or with just creatine, beta-al, a protein sufficient diet, etc
I used to be on some steroid forum I forget the name of it. There was a dude with all these behind the scenes photos of her and he was like an elite juiced up forum member, I can't imagine she wasn't on at least anavar all the time for the last decade
Twas? What's twas? Is that supposed to be "it was"? Wow really saved on time with twas. Don't give me that "It was" business I got places to be. Speaking of places to be I went to the donut shop today and asked the man you have anything hot. He stated "check the rolls they were". And I replied "Were? Surely you meant twere. These rolls twere warm.
the internet is still stupid. I haven't looked at her posts but I guarantee you you will find a ton of people on there calling you "just a hater who hates because he cannot achieve what she did" - it's always the exact same responses
If your big on social media health and fitness, these were the steps taken. 1. Get in shape the real way somewhat. 2. Take PEDs. 3. Make content claiming always natty!
You merely adopted the dark. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but blinding! 🤣
@@danielrichardson6054 Indeed! Dorian was also a "Natty" that trained in the dark at Temple Gym. Amazing how her back is more cut & detailed than Dorians & Samirs. Dana makes Frank Zane look soft & watery.
Pretty much what creates the realisation of drug use for the majority. Im a man whos trained for 10 years now and thought something was wrong with me about 3-4 years in. When I aimed for DLB level of conditioning, you just look like youve spent 2 years in a concentration camp after a few weeks/months, you cannot sustain it. She also has never changed in condition no matter what time of year it is for years and years.
I'm a 30 y.o guy, I've been doing weight trianing for about 13 years. I admit now that my genetics must be a bit shit, but I still look like I lift...enough. Still, as much as I'm improving, I don't even have any sort of aim to look like her- I wouldn't expect to get even close, it's just way off. So that's as a man, with supposedly relatively high test, so giving those expectations to a woman- absolutely nope.
Really enjoyed Derek’s rant on people making training sound like it’s the hardest thing to do. And how they work so much harder than everyone, as if you can just stroll your way into the IFBB half-assing it.
@@Jesse-df9fz Yes and no. I used to struggle to get through an hour of weightlifting when I was natural. Once I started taking steroids, it really was fucking easy to train up to 3 hours a session. I think you have to ask, what is "training hard". Because when you have massive strength and endurance from steroids, it actually is much easier. Easier in the sense that you can recover quickly from intense sets, while natural people have to take like longer breaks and can't move as much weight.
Lmao train for a fight and making weight it's a completely different beast he's not saying bodybuilders get through on easy mode but verse some other sports the training in the gym part for body-building is easy I know that's a hard concept to grasp
@@TrustNJesusChrist using steroids does make training feel easier, sure. But that means you have to train even harder to progress after a certain point. Not one individual in the ifbb pro ranks is there just because they take steroids, that's a fact. And most people taking steroids who think their training is easy isn't training they're dicking around lol. You can't just take steroids and do the same workout and say it's all easy because you're on steroids that's absurd. Just train harder.
I don't think DLB is going to get caught in the same way as Liverking (who is laughing to the bank with the fact he made literal ten's of millions and likely doesn't care), or called out in the same way as Mike O'Hearn, who let's face it is a far more insidious fake natty with his "duck eggs made me huge" nonsense. It's definitely unethical for her to lie about most likely being enhanced, but at this point she's too small and too consistent to really be shown up to the people who believe her (who, let's face it, are either other fake Natty's buying into the collective lie or completely fitness naive casual hobbyists).
At this point the few celebs or fitness pros who just speak honestly and "come out" as non-natty and really own it with humility and common sense will be received so well from the wider community they'll be the new top tier influencers.
I really honestly could care less either way at this point. Unlike a lot of people on the fitness/bodybuilding forums, who keep thinking so many people are natural, when they aren't, I know that practically everyone is on something. I don't need a Bodybuilder or any other athlete to tell me they are using, because I already know they are. Been around the block, and I don't need a verbal confirmation to know when someone is enhanced and not. I think people will have a much more happy life, if they just stop looking at these athletes bodies, and focus on themselves completely. Take a quote or two from the athletes, but forget what they look like, because everyone will not look the same AT ALL.
The opposite. The ones who come out will be praised by the VERY small minority of people who are educated and aware enough to already know they were on gear. The vast majority of people will shun and shame them, because they were stupid enough to actually believe the person was natty. Like it or not, the vast majority of the population is functionally retarded.
They'd lose their sponsors which is how they make money. Pros don't make shit unless they are in mens open and top 3. They make money from supplement companies. They would lose their paycheck. When you win your pro card you have to pay the ifbb 200 dollars for it. No healthcare. No guaranteed money. You either get a sponsor, sell juice, or work 9-5.
I could go 7 in my twenties but I would definitely need to catch up on rest days eventually. Now older 3-4 days is prime number for me and I still don't look like Dana lol.
14:03 absolutely cracked me up. That’s the same kind of forced ignorance regarding PED’s that so many of these jabroni influencers use. "I don’t even know about steroids, bro!" Absolute nonsense. I also absolutely LOVED the subsequent rant about the training being the easy part. So many people talk about the weight lifting like it’s the hardest thing you could attempt. It isn’t.
@Jerome O'Neill in some ways. But really it's matching diet with weights with cardio with lifestyle with mental health, getting that balance perfect, then sustaining it while understanding that it's going to change as your body adapts. It's complicated and requires constant monitoring and assessment and refinement. It isn't just "eat X calories and hit Y total volume and do Z cardio per week."
She acts like training hard is revolutionary, plenty people trained hard before and after her, can't believe she had the balls to say she'd be on stage with iris Kyle that shits just disrespectful tbh
I love how it took exactly 22 minutes of going over everything, deep analyzing other people's opinions, her own words from podcasts, all of her photos... to finally get to the question, "is she natty?" ... and for Derek to kindly offer a "f*ck no!"

shes about as natty as Brooke Ence! once their careers are over and its clothing lines and sup companies its suddenly important to appear normal/natural.
When people stay quiet then fine. But when someone sauced to the gills comes out and claims natural then I lose all respect for them. Mostly because it gives younger/beginner lifters extremely false expectations. And we were all younger lifters at 1 point
16:50. Been training natural for over 10 years now (am 27 now) and I completely agree. Sure, some exercises feel hard, but people should not portray it as going to the war. Also, especially for naturals, you need to train smarter "challenging", but not overtax yourself for sustainability reasons and recovery.
Keep in mind any photo you see online has been optimized for perfect lighting and post editing to make the definition really pop. I’m a photographer I know all the tricks to make photos look way better than it actually was lol
Soon as she said "it's because I train SO HARD" I knew she was on the sauce. True naturals know that you have to actually rest. If shes training 4 hours a day Monday through Sunday at maximum effort her body would have broken down.
Ooooooh that’s a really good point. Someone not on anabolics would more than likely have an injury if they were training multiple hours a day, every day, for a prolonged period of time.
Training hard doesn't equate to training longer you idiot. 95% of people in the gym train with little to no intensity at all, think they're going to failure when they're easily leaving many reps in the tank. Not even taking the muscle to the point of full exhaustion which would warrant recovery.
For the love of god finally someone fucking said it. Training to failure is not some insane metric of hard work. It sucks yes but god damn do people love to tell you how hard they work just cause they hit some lifts to failure a couple days a week
Just the fact that someone competed at the Olympia level shoud pretty much tell you that they had some extra help... I do not care how crazy your genetics, discipline, diet and work outs are... you're going to get smoked if you walk into an Olympia competition natty.

One was in her early twenties and had Platt quads and the other was bigger than Bailey but still quit bodybuilding before attempting her pro card because she said she couldn’t compete with the women on gear. She said the last competition she went to, sounded like a locker room full of men, their voices were so deep.
Absolutely LOVE Dana Linn Bailey and been waiting for you or Greg to do a Natty or not. As much as I adore her, it's ridiculous to believe she is natural. NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE wins at Olympia without taking PED's! I would have so much more respect for her if she was honest because we all know she is lying. It's actually comical at this point that she even denies it! Yes long term, consistent hard work, strict diet and genetics all play a part but to a limit, this is well beyond that limit.
@kristen..... well stated. Noone wins Olympia without gear. Just like Lance Armstong.....I still salute the 1000s of hours of training and dedication, but just admit the gear.
SO glad Derek went in on how easy training is. It is literally the biggest myth of all time that it is hard. Derek can do it and he works 60 hours a week on his multiple businesses.
Training is easy, proper programming is not that’s the real point. Programming is one of the biggest things I factor in when I access if someone is natural. Look at Alpha Destiny. Are you gonna say he isn’t natural just because he has a 405 pause bench at 185 pounds which is significantly higher than most guys in that weight range? His physique and experience in no way screams gear and he has the best programming imo. Conjugate max intensity is how every natural advanced lifter should be training, even Enkiri Elite Fitness is slowly warming up to it with recent videos admitting he was at least half wrong in saying it wasn’t an effective way to train. It doesn’t matter what your genes are, it takes more than 10 years to reach your full potential so when someone says they’ve been at it for it for 17 years it matters. This idea that 3 years is 85% of your potential is bullshit, more like 5 years 80%.
Derek also takes various supplements to aid that. Yes Training is easy time wise, but being exhausted from a busy life and being natural can provide the most pathetic work outs that just aches your bones

Its imposssible for this physique to be obtained without certain hormones that the body, by itself cannot produce.. @Mr Calcium Oh yeah for sure, I also got really (relatively) strong, but I found at a certain point my genetics wouldn't take me any further with my natty status no matter how much I lifted or ate. I just ended up getting fat as hell but convinced myself I was just "beast mode" haha.
At 17:00, he really nails it. This notion that going to the gym and working out relatively hard for 45 minutes- one hour is some monumentally heroic task, as if you're Jason and the Argonauts, is ridiculous but is all over the fitness industry. My best guess is that these people have a relatively limited understanding of what human challenge is, and working on puffing up your muscles for the IG flex post isn't really in the discussion.
Indeed, these people really think of themselves as some sort of special beings when almost anyone can go to the gym and workout for an hour, and millions do, it's not that hard or special.
Absolutely loved this section, something always tilted me when people claimed this but Derek articulated it so well. Personally, I always call weight lifting the perfect sport for lazy people. Speaking from personal experience, it's crazy how insane and sick you can look just from pushing some weight for some sets with massive rests in between for a couple of hours. It's such a joke, either they're being completely melodramatic about how hard they go and train, or they're just doing useless extra work lmao.
if I was friends with that woman, or whats left of a woman and she was straight up sitting there with a straight face telling me she was Natty I would either be super annoyed for someone claiming to be my friend to lie about something so insanely obvious or laugh my ass off because its so obvious and stupid. like its insulting to our intelligence its so insanely obvious

I train hard but then I drank powder for a while and my testosterone rose from being in a prison like environment, these levels are survival levels not gained in a gym not gained in a ring gained in the jungle
Can’t forget the little laugh they do like how hard they train is unbelievable 😂

People who lie about being natty love saying “I train so hard. I train harder than anyone. You wouldn’t believe how hard I train.”
The problem with that statement, is you can only train so hard. More doesn’t equal better with training. After a certain point it has diminishing returns, and you aren’t going to find a body builder who doesn’t train hard enough. Training hard is easy.
If training hard is so easy, why dont you?

As someone who has always been natty and trained consistently for years while focusing on diet/lifestyle, the defense that they can achieve these results without sauce because they maximally push every vector possible simultaneously (workout duration, frequency, intensity, volume) is one of the biggest red flags that they are on sauce. Natural means you have to be much more mindful of recovery long term, and pushing one vector requires backing off of others, lest you run into pretty major problems and generally feel like shit and plateau.
Very well said bro
THIS. Claiming that you "just train that hard" is foolish because naturals cannot recover from training like that. That's part of the effects of gear... For real. I keep switching between 2 and 3 workouts a week because my recovery can't keep up with what I want to do.

I really honestly could care less either way at this point.

People who use the, "i'm the hardest worker in the gym have you seen how I lift I work out 6 days a week" example to really prove they're natural.
6 days a week screams unnatural....rest days are important when your are natural.
"I don’t even know about steroids, bro!"
Absolute nonsense.

The status quo is to deny, deny and deny until something you can't deny gets leaked and then issue an apology. All the way up until the apology you can make a lot of money, become famous, get into certain social rings you want to be in, win tournaments etc. It's similar to streamers/professional video game players who use cheats/hacks but then issue a tear filled sobbing apology when they get caught. 16:50. Been training natural for over 10 years now (am 27 now) and I completely agree. Sure, some exercises feel hard, but people should not portray it as going to the war. Also, especially for naturals, you need to train smarter "challenging", but not overtax yourself for sustainability reasons and recovery.

Yeah, it takes a superhuman recovery ability in order to sustain something like that
100% natty Mike O'Hearn also uses the "I train so hard" argument.
Training hard doesn't equate to training longer you idiot. 95% of people in the gym train with little to no intensity at all, think they're going to failure when they're easily leaving many reps in the tank. Not even taking the muscle to the point of full exhaustion which would warrant recovery.

When a women is so muscular to the point where seeing her wear a bra is becoming hilarious, it's safe to assume she's not natty, lol.
yeah if you see a woman geting close to male muscle sizes then you just know she ain't natty. i don't even think people realize that the strongest women on earth still are weaker than the average dude who puts effort in to the gym. and that's talking about women who professionally are on gear vs men who are just normal working dudes putting a few hours a week in the gym. that's how much harder it is for women to get strong so you just know when they are that big

SO glad Derek went in on how easy training is. It is literally the biggest myth of all time that it is hard. Derek can do it and he works 60 hours a week on his multiple businesses.
Yeah training literally takes only 60 minutes at maximum

Our family has pretty good genetics, and sis has never looked even close to this girl. Its imposssible for this physique to be obtained without certain hormones that the body, by itself cannot produce.. Sis is 38 now and looks like she is 28, due to healthy eating and constant exercise. She wants nothing to do with looking like this, trust me I have asked, she is all about health and really enjoys the hard work.. Why these people can't just be honest, baffles me.?? We all know steroids are not a magic sauce that you just shoot and your just gonna grow mass and muscles as you lay on the couch and sleep, it still takes tons of hard ass work, steroids or not. But to say you can achieve that body without help is just not attainable, maybe 1 in a billion could, but I still do not believe her, not one bit...
