I have been a long-time viewer of your cruise channel and couldn't resist this one even though I have no interest in Lego. Well, HAD no interest in Lego. I've put together two of the Lego Botanical sets, and pre-ordered the poinsettia and holiday wreath, It's so relaxing! I have already used up our one free room with reptiles, so I can't have a Lego room, so I ordered a bedside table, like they have in hospitals, to do my Lego on and so far, they're going on a shelf in my bedroom. What I really would like to find are the portraits of the Beatles like you have! Thanks for inspiring a new hobby, I'm having so much fun!
I wouldn't be overly surprised at finding Lego in Greenland. Greenlanders are Danish citizens and so one of Denmark's most famous products has a good chance of being on their shelves.
Inbetween the video there are expressions on your face of pure delight, shimmerung eyes and a very slight smile, as if to say "do not let the vendor see that I am very very happy" otherwise the price will skyrocket. No wonder they have Lego in Greenland. This Island belongs to Denmark where the toy originates.
4:36 if that's Don asking, "I wonder what the significance of the tinfoil is", I'm guessing it was on the windows of the house(s) since I didn't see an obvious display on any person. Being at or above the Arctic Circle, it's an inexpensive way to block out the sunlight in the windows when the sun is out most of the day at the peak of summer. Or I could be completely wrong that's what he was referring to, just a guess.
I would have collapsed then boxes flat after taking the lego bags and instructions out so you could bring them back. I got some Star Wars TVC figures from my recent cruise to Alaska so I know the feeling of combining two interests together.
As a lover of cruising, and Lego, can I ask what turned you off of Lego? If there is something that I should know, I would appreciate you sharing your knowledge!
I really enjoy your channel, especially the way you cover it. I noticed a few areas where I could help optimize your videos to reach a larger audience. Would you be open to discussing this further?
I bought the Ferris Wheel when it was out for a possible Theme Park Build. I couldn’t get the really expensive one that was out years ago around the same time of the roller coaster you also saw.
On behalf of 6,800 subscribers to Loca Bricks, we miss your videos. We are looking forward to some new insights from you into the world of Lego and updates relating to your Lego Room (in between cruises of course).
In Canadian dollarama stores, they always have Lego magazines with the mini figures for a few dollars. They usually come in Lego city, Lego Harry Potter, Lego ninjago, Lego space etc
Funny me and 1 of my daughters were talking about that. If you took all the legos in the world what could you build. I said a city and she said a town. Great grandsons birthday and of course legos is wht we went there.
I binged all your Lego videos can’t wait for your next ones!
Yes Tony, more videos please.

I love how the Lego is in the basement like it's some kind of black market contraband
More episodes please!
I agree, more episodes Tony.

You do ''' SMELL ''' out the LEGO Finds , Good Hunting ...
I have both the 3-in-1 ferris wheel and the roller coaster. I've built the ferris wheel but not the roller coaster.

I made a point of finding a Lego store in Copenhagen, Denmark recently. Found a cute WALL-E & Eve set.
I went to the Tivoli Garden store in Copenhagen
I was just in Iceland for 14 days in July. The prices for everything were an eye-opener. Even with the favorable conversion rate

Oops that one grandson.
Yeah lego sets where I at least have a tote full and not a one of them in the Damm right place so I keep throwing them in a tote.❤❤
There was a Lego in Norway.
Great hunt! Did you convert Don into a Lego collector?
I’m not thinking so.
Love that you are able to combine both channels on the same adventure. Similar but different. ❤
Love the adventure! We planning to do something similar on our next cruise as well just to see what we find.

Good Morning Tony
Doug
Nice... Being able to combine two loves, travel and lego.
Some people want to catch some rays but you want to catch some Lego, nice!
Super cool. Is not having the boxes a big deal?
On some sets but not all.
No matter what it is having
the Origan BOX is Good ...
Flattened box still too big for your suitcase?
