Don't listen to the haters, this thing is solid and is replacing my ol' nexus 5 (may she rest in peace) as my daily workhorse. It came out of the box "googlefied" and thankfully in english. It's very snappy and I really like miui; think ios but android... sound awesome? It is. The build quality is excellent, I can't find a single blemish (I'm a bit OCD on the matter so you should take my word) Xiaomi has made something real here and I'm thoroughly impressed with it. My gf is totally jealous now and is wanting the mi5 when it comes out...

just put the phone into high performance mode to get maximum out of it and of course the notification. don't blame xiaomi. they do it for battery performance
Nathaniel Alvin My phone overheated when i was charging it and it was under the pillow, it overheated but by cleaning the ram which is located in recent apps, it decreases the heating issues.Battery life is good has 3000mah but fast charging and i love the battery

+Wojtek Dabrowski That's not a good solution at all - I had an xperia Z2 (the same size as S5) and it bended and cracked in my pocked while I was getting on my bicycle. I had pretty comfortable trousers on, nothing too tight. So if a phone can't withstanad even being in the pocket then it's too big. If you keep your phone in a bag then you can have even a 6 inch phone if you like, but for the front pocket in the trousers I wouldn't go with anything over 5 inch.
