    Street-style egg pulav is a quick and flavorful one-pot rice dish loved for its simplicity and bold taste. It's made with cooked rice, spiced eggs, and aromatic seasonings, capturing the essence of street food. The dish combines the fluffiness of rice with the richness of eggs, enhanced by fragrant spices like garam masala, turmeric, and a dash of lime juice.     Street Style Egg Pulav Recipe
    Ingredients:
    Cooked rice: 4 cups (preferably cooled or leftover rice)
    Eggs: 4
    Onion: 2 large, finely chopped
    Tomato: 2 large, chopped
    Green chilies: 2 (adjust to taste)
    Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
    Spices:
    Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 tsp(adjust to spice)
    Garam masala: 1 tsp
    Paav Bhaji masala: 2 tbsp(adjust to taste)
    Oil or ghee: 3 tbsp
    Salt: To taste
    Fresh coriander leaves: For garnish
    Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
    Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Fry onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and tomatoes, when the oil leaves on top, add masala fry well. Break eggs at the side is the pan, allow it to cook for for 5 mins. break them into required sized pieces. Mix it well with the masala.
    Add the cooked rice. Mix well, Check for salt, squeez a lime, garnish with coriander leaves
    Serving Suggestions:
    Serve hot with raita, a dollop of yogurt, or a side of pickle for an authentic street-style experience.
    Add a boiled egg on top for extra flair.
