Thanks for the video, reinspired me to start shooting simple tests that would be fun to do and up my skills! Quick question, what tips do you have for matching a render where the footage is shot on a phone, and perhaps softer and out of focus in places or matching grain? Overall I always struggle to integrate my cg with the footage, so any tips or a video would really help me here, thanks!
So happy this series is back

Whoa! Didn't expect another one of these! Great job Hashi!
Hashi! I know I've said this a few times but man, it makes me so happy every time to see you as the master of your craft, and *continuing* to help the entire VFX community with your wizard secrets. You're the best, buddy. Hope you and the family are doing great!
Thanks so much, man! Miss you. Hope you're doing well also!

Really cool and amazing tutorial. Very well explained everything. Thanks for the hard work!
Thank you ! It's one of the funniest yet instructive tutorial I've seen. I wish all of my teachers would had this pedagogy. definitely suscribe !
Even your jokes are creatives, "Oh phil ! you still on..." 😂
Still hard to believe Mixamo is free. I remember before Adobe bought them.....they gave you 2 free tries for the auto-rig.
And I used one of them up for a customer and it saved me so much time I was dumbfounded.
And I was getting ready to pay for the subscription one day and got a notice from RUclips that it's now free. I screamed for joy!
For someone who uses Augmented reality in my videos, this has given me some great ideas on how to push them forward. Great work and thank you
Now this is how you do a good tutorial.
Wow, so well done! Thanks for posting, man! Very helpful.
Your creativity and vfx quality is on another level my friend. Always an inspiration. 🙏

Wow. It's been so long that I forgot the last one. I honestly think that it's over so I sometimes hangout with VFX and chill just to fill the void, but this one is much better. I've seen every cheap tricks episode and truth is I haven't tried any of them 😂but this comeback video gives me the hype to do one right now 🎉🎉🎉

Anybody old enough to remember when 3dsmax had a Human IK plugin?
It was basically the 1st form of Motionbuilder by Kaydara........ and it was built into 3ds max as a plugin. Wasn't free.
This was around the year 2002 or 2003 I believe.
FYI: FBX stands for FilmBox which was also Kaydaras format.
This was amazing. Thank you. Where can I find the three previous exercises you mentioned?

I recomnd you two to buy the Producer Edition (And if you have got money, buy the Full Bundle)
This is awesome! Also, please use more Supercomp & Tao plugin. Very underrated!
We agree that they're underrated. We've seen people do amazing things with them!
@@MaxonRedgiant just thought about an idea if you guys had a challenge for creators to use some of these plugins. Always looking for ideas on YT and TikTok. Thanks for the best After effects toolkit! Best AE developers!
(Edit)
I found the old Red Giant tutorials about TAO. Wonderful plug-in!
@@banzai316 if you watch VFX and Chill on Fridays on our channel, they tend to use Supercomp a lot.
Have you seen this Supercomp video? It covers a lot: ruclips.net/video/Lkx1_x62Znc/видео.html

Keep up with this series, hope you use blender also
Can you do simular now with the beta of After Effects and Cinema 4d with the new Cineware ? Without having Element 3D is my main question.

I have some very talented students in my media classes. You mentioned you are color blind. Is this true? If so it would be a huge inspiration to my students who see differently.
Say hi to your students for me! Yes - I'm red-green colorblind and it leads to a good handful of work-arounds in this field. My best resource is always consulting another artist that I'm working with - but other than that I rely heavily on the color-info display found in most programs, and direct color sampling whenever it's available - I trust the numbers on screen when I can't trust my eyes. One of the plugins I use (Colorista) has a 'skin tone overlay grid' that actually doubles as a great assist for someone like me to know when skintones are in a natural realm. I've also worked using EnChroma indoor glasses - which pull Reds into a darker register to help my brain distinguish them from Green. They're not a perfect solution, but it's something.
There are a good number of colorblind artists in VFX, motion graphics, editing, and a handful of creative careers - so don't be discouraged!
I have had students certify in AE, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator in 2 semesters, all while color blind. When beginning work in C4D, they kept having objects not render because they could not see the traffic light render switches next to objects. I have shown your work so many times in school. To know you have done so many incredible things while seeing differently, you will become an even bigger inspiration to these young people. Thank you for your heart and response!
Only shit, I missed the hell outa ya
What you play nice tutoet league on?
Reajjy helpful
Is Andrew Kramer ever gonna release Nebula? It's like he disappeared from the earth.
He hasn't been completely silent. He presented at both NAB and Motion Plus this year.
Thanks Hashi! Definitely missed these. The Red Giant suite (and its tutorials with you and Seth) used to be amazing before Maxon took over and made it unaffordable for people who just like to play around and don't make money with VFX.
We know the change can take some getting used to, but we think the tools are cheaper now than they were before.
If you'll recall, it was a thousand dollars JUST for the Trapcode Suite. Now, it's $50 per month for a year's subscription - it costs roughly as much as ten cups of coffee for not only Trapcode Suite, but you get Magic Bullet Suite, Universe, VFX Suite, and PluralEyes - all for that same ten cups of coffee. Or, if you only want it for a month or two, it's only $79 per month.
We think that's a lot more flexible for hobbyists vs. having to save up a huge chunk of change.
lmaoooo
Hey bro! I need soone who know After effects. C
