    The way this region was shown in the South Asia video was lacking some detail, so I've made this one to fill in the gaps, enjoy!
    PS: I know Tibet isn't usually counted as part of the Himalayas, but it works well to include it.

      What do you tibet isn't counted as part of Himalayas?? Well it's true that Tibet has a vast geographical identity but for us Tibetans Himalaya has always been our mountains and our natural fortress. Don't forget that the all part of Himalayan range lies in tibetan sphere time to time until today's time. But still we have the greater part of Himalaya

      Nice video!!!!! just a little problem . Qinghai is not autonomous region , it's a province . Despite it has 6 Tibetan autonomous prefectures of all 8 prefectures , it has 2.98 million Han Chinese and 830 thousand Hui Chinese . These peoples account for over 70% of Qinghai's populations , and the governor of Qinghai from Han Chinese , rather than the from most population minority of this region , this is major difference between autonomous regions and provinces

    • @My-nl6sg
      @My-nl6sg 3 года назад +14

      cuz the center is literally the middle of nowhere (desert), none of those vassals hold it, but since the empire surrounds it, might as well count as apart of it. Mind you that most of Tibet is completely uninhabitable anyways yet its till apart of the Empire

Also, you haven't shown the empire of katyuris. Katyuris at their peak used to rule from Nepal to Kabul. Licchavi king Supuspa migrated from vaishali to Kathmandu around 500BCE after ajatshatru in magadh,India came into power. But he never became ruler in Kathmandu. Meanwhile descendants of Ajatshatru also migrated to Kathmandu, Nepal after rise of Kushan in India, and they ruled Nepal for a while. Kirats have extended their territory east up to tista and west upto trishuli river. Last king of Kirats, Gasti was said to be bad and was kicked out by people and made Nimisha of Soma dynasty as ruler. Three kings of soma dynasty ruled Nepal, unti Bhasker Verma, the Last king of Soma dynasty was childless. Jay dev Verma, the 24th descendant of Supuspa, took the throne and became first king of Licchavi Dynasty around 110AD.

    • @midkid9765

      Could be true but many chances there are not also
      Tibet population control made army recruitment difficult if 1 son went into army another monastery no one to look after family so in that case true tibet could have lost wars because of this but Mongols fought for Tibet at times this would have repelled any thought of unintelligent expansion and Tibetans infighting by them wiping eachother out of maps
      And saving another getting wiped out was the normalcy
      And if nepal had done war upon guge they would be in the list of nations not allowed to enter Tibet but nepalese were accepted in Tibet. And even took extra tibetan wives in tibet. Whilst in tibet normal family 2 men 1 wife trend in Tibet.
