      Have you tried finding a security box for your cameras? Sometimes the reinforced metal of security box gives a little extra protection against bear damage.

      @@DeerAssociation I haven't tried that yet but if it gets to be too much of a problem, might have to. I use the cheapest cameras I can find due to theft risk on public land, and I think the boxes cost double what the cameras do, haha! So trying to weight the cost of losing a camera now and then with the cost of the boxes. Thanks!

    Some great tips. However I think you have to be within 100’ or so of the camera to view or download images/videos from the camera.

      His looks like a Cellular unit, meaning he pays for a subscription and can view the images from anywhere.
