I miss him. I recorded this on my camera when it aired cause I missed his name - I was transfixed. I wish he was still alive - he's beautiful and gentle. His other songs are amazing as well. It's a crying shame the circumstances.

His family are apparently desperately trying to get the police to further investigate the case. he had 1/2 a glass of wine in him when he died. No drugs. He was NOT alone in the apartment, 3 drinking glasses were removed, the police refused to investigate the prints on those glasses. That's the real tragedy. Only just heard of this guy, but he was a very talented musician.
@@apricotcat7741 a number of reasons. For one, had it been the female passing away under these circumstances, it would have been dealt with very differently. No male privilege here, it was an unjust tragedy

Matthew Jay was great. His music takes me back to being a Freshman in college back in 2001. Good memories.
His songs are really great, such a waste the music world lost a great singer composer.
