Hi, you are exempted from taking the NCLEX if you'va taken it in the last 10 years. Regardless of the country of practice, you are required to provide proof of 450 hrs of experience in the last 5 years, unfortunately.

Hi, the NCLEX component of the OBA can be than outside of Australia but the OSCE should be done here.

Hi, OSCE have not officially started or no applicants have taken the OSCE yet. At the moment, it is a one-day practical exam.
