Phantasialand Brühl. Mein Gott da war ich als ich in der 7.klasse war und jetzt bin ich 48 wie die Zeit vergeht،😫😫👍👍
Last time I was there I was soaking, like literally there was not one inch of clothing that was still dry! So fun, cause with River Quest you'll never know beforehand!

Diese Fahrt wird von Jahr zu Jahr nasser! 😅🏊🏄 Dieses Jahr- DURCH UND DURCH NASS. Bin immer noch unendlich dankbar, dass ich meine Tanzsachen dabei hatte, mich komplett umziehen konnte und die Gelegenheit bekam, die klitschnassen Sachen den Rest der Zeit aufzuhängen.

Ich war danach richtig stark erkältet mit schwerem Husten gehe daher nie wieder auf die Wasserbahn.

i knew only one waterride in germany, what has seatbelts. and thats Chiapas (also in Phantasialand).
Without Chiapas, its normal to sit "free"

@Zak Nah, it's a diplomatic way of saying that Europeans have a healthier relationship with risk that builds character and responsibility in the long run, and you couldn't get within a mile of this here in America without several mom/accessibility compliance lobbies showing up and shutting you down, desensitizing our young people to any minor risks because we've made those decisions for them...

It's a water ride. Harnesses are forbidden on them, cause of the danger of drowning if it should overturn.
Wir waren 2020 da und wir waren komplett nass. War nicht schön. Der Rest vom Park ist hammer!

I think it depends. If they are properly and regularly maintained, they are as safe as they can be. In river quest there is a big distance between each boat. It's almost impossible for two to meet and to crash

Yep, it gets more wet every year! Don't ask me HOW? 🤷🏻♀️😆 I was soaked through and through. 🥶😱 I know the ride from its beginning, brought in some years my rain poncho... But this year I didn't expect and remember it come pouring and splashing at you THAT hard. 😂

Nass bis auf die Unterhose! 🤭😆 Einfach alles. Regenponcho oder so hilft auch nix mehr. Es kommt von allen Seiten und du sitzt mit Schuhen und Hose in der ganzen Suppe, kleines Fußbad im Bodenbereich, Pfützenschwapp auf den Sitzen. Ganz ehrlich, so war's im Mai. 😅

The water is recycled for a few days. It is cleaned and then reused

@@Uwontregretit101 How are you still arguing with me about this??? I literally went und this ride over 200 times in my life. Some times you get sprinkled, sometimes completely soaked. There are multiple warning signs throught the queue line.
Mit etwas weniger Gequäke hätte es ganz nett sein können.
You get super wet in this one and you wear clothes. Plus two hours of waiting in line. Only downside ;)
