This is easily one of their, em, greatest songs ever, but more importantly, one of the most incredible BRIT Awards performances ever. I remember watching it live and just being so in awe; all these years later, it turns out to be even more goosebumps-incuding than I remembered it to be... just transcendetal stuff, really.
After watching this on tv in 2009 I finally understood Britts' love for Take That. To me the best song from this band. Really amazing live performance.
It's an unreleased mix just for the Brits. But I can reproduce it with the original multitrack. The ONLY new instrument they recorded for that version is the boop-boop keyboards in the intro. The rest is just the original instrument layers that are normally too soft to hear in the album mix.
@@Adam-ob4xz I have already put together its base layout. Now I just have to iron it out from start to finish. I'll post it on my other channel here, along with a ton of other TT goodies. ruclips.net/video/XpHtBRjpeVc/видео.html
yes, they lipsync in this one. In his autobiography, Gary said it was because the sound problem and their stage design. Clearly, they hate doing it because it's so obvious they were lipsyncing.
They had no choice, the acoustics sucked with the custom stage design and other sound issues. It doesn't matter much because there are so many performance clips where they sing this live, and during this performance I'm sure when the UFO stage lands the crowd could hear them closely belting it out. Check out Take That Comes to Town. An amazing TV production!

Remind me why Take That haven't received a Brit Award for Outstanding Contribution to Music yet?

Yep, the stage had really bad acoustics and they sounded terrible at the top during rehearsals.
Was lip synced :(

Why were they dressed like this?
I don't know but it was a fine election of clothing and glasses.
they must be zombies. Because I thought they were dead.
