Talk about once in a lifetime! We got the opportunity to see Mount Everest for the first time! In this video we go on a Himalayan adventure by taking a 1 hour panoramic mountain flight to Everest! Are we dreaming?? We had to pinch ourselves a few times that day - but yes it is possible to see Mount Everest up close from your comfortable window seat, without a 2 month trek in the blizzards! We got to see some of the most exquisite mountains of the Himalayan range and 5 of the 8000M mountains with a very up close and personal view of the tallest mountain in the world - Mount Everest! If you want to experience the mount Everest and it's surrounding such as the mountains, food, culture and the people then you have to be around the region physically. Not exactly climbing the mountains but just to hike around the area. Himali tribes represent great people and the culture. Sherpas have contributed to set so many records for concurring the highest mountain peaks around the globe. We are the Mongoloid race people of the Himalayas ( The wolves of the mountains).

That was really amazing. Quite incredible to think of the height of that mountain and the fact that people climb it at all.... and for some they do not come back. Nature can be awesome. I think the highest mountains I have seen would be the Alps in Europe out of an aircraft window, and they top out at about 4800m. The highest mountain I have been up was Mt Teide in Tenerife which was 3800m. After reaching the viewing point on that, at about 3700m, I did the last 100m or so on foot, and even aged 23 as I was at the time, and a regular runner, I found the lack of oxygen made me feel a little dizzy. To climb to 8800m is mind blowing. Much easier in a plane! 👍😃 Great trip.

As I recall; it was done in a open copitt biplane. That said wow! It’s a video that I hope everyone enjoys. Climbing Everest? No. That’s not my cup of tea.

It was in 1999 visited Nepal n took flight to watch Mt Everest, still fresh in my mind, experience was incredible, n the sunlight on peak looked like gold on snow

I was about to ask why didn't you guys attempt to hike to Langtang thr least because LangTang is not that bad of a hike.. normal people like us can do a hike without so much preparation.. because to hike everest you would really need alot of preparation physically and mentally and you must make sure you are fit physically.. so Langtang is not as tough and you can still hike casually . Are you guys planning to do the Langtang hike one day maybe?
Absolutely yes! We would love to do some trekking here - we need a trip specifically for that which i am sure we will do soon! 😍
@@ShevandDev i suggest you to do PoonHill trek it is one of the easiest and one of the most beautiful trek you can do in Nepal you can see a spectacular view of Himalayan Mountains.

Do Mardi or Kori trek. Try something new. These trek destinations are very popular too in Nepal but most of foreigners wont hear about it. Langtang is also beautiful and best in itself but I think you guys should try something different.
@@prateekmaharjan1856 yeah I went to Langtang I I loved it so much. Although I didn't really prepare so Langtang was alright for me. But I don't dare try everest because I don't think I am prepared physically so Langtang is my limit 🤣🤣 just love all those places. Awesome.
Himalaya ice is important because rivers need the water for agriculture and marine life.
Wow, I didn't know they had flights like that, COOL! I wouldn't take a propeller plane, but even I would take the jet flight you were on. (Was it a very bumpy flight? I think at that altitude, it probably was?)

@@ShevandDev I had a little moment of d Himalayan range in Himachal Pradesh (foothills of d Himalayan range in India). I had been to Shimla, its capital, Manali n Solang Valley, a ski resort, all these places during winter. My best moment was at d Oberoi Wildflower Hall in Mashorba near Shimla. It was a very low peak season n only a few guests. D place was enchanting, covered with snow. D tennis court was turned ice skating rink. I dipped in an outdoor jacuzzi that is fronting d Himalayan range. D views from d 5 star hotel was mesmerizing. It was once in a lifetime experience. Just to share a bit of my past. 😁
