While it's a shame that the PETSCII Robots work didn't completely pan out, hopefully the skills and experience will help you in other future efforts. As for the music, it's another fine composing effort for a limited output device. I enjoyed the whole album.
Wow, this is really impressive! And everything with just one voice! Can't wait to play it on the real hardware.. BTW: Is there a tracker for CBMs/PETs? I am thinking about converting/extending my Musical Piano PRG for CBM/PET into one..
Sorry, missed with comment somehow. To my knowledge, there is no native trackers for PET besides the David's, which is a very basic one. I personally used my own PC-based crosstracker with a custom sound engine. Making a native one for the actual PET would be interesting and a nice thing to have, but it requires quite some time. Maybe someday.
Because this uses the user port, it should be possible to make this run on a VIC-20 and a Commodore 64/128 too, right? Would be interesting to see it on these systems too (if someone wants to code it). Also, I can't get the download link to work for some reason, anyone else have this issue?
Impressive 🤖
Bosstown dynamics is my favorite
You can almost press the buttons 1-8 on the keyboard and RUclips will jump to that song!
Oh, also, I think you need to put the timestamps at the top of the description for it to show on the video progress bar.
@@robspiess thanks for the tip!
Amazing
I usually hum this in the shower.
I found myself playing the whole album on my smart watch, it felt like i have an old watch from the 70s. Nice tunes!
That's actually a very cool idea to play it through the watch, I like it!
Not Obsolete is a fantastic tune. Love it.
Thanks!
RUclips algorithms need a big upgrade. Cool channel
It's unbelievable what you did with this extremely limited hardware!
Awesome!
Genuinely awesome for a one voice system
This makes me want to jam to it. And add a bunch of really heavy live drums and guitar.

Awesome stuff, and what a beautiful screen to go with it.
Fantastic music, loved the whole set.
You’re a legend!! Greets from Italy. Elder0010/Onslaught.
Fantastic. This is an absolute hit.Thank you.
Great stuff as always!
Incredible!!! I really love the grunge in Scraplord
Fantastic!
Edit: And sad that this has no made to the PET Version of PETSCII Robots.
This is amazing!
This is so good

@Jan Paweł That is awesome and I should check Furnace Tracker out, but I was thinking about a native tracker PRG running directly on the PET.
So great!
Impressive - bravo! :)

Yes, it should be possible to adapt it to any other 6502 based system with the 6522.
Awesome
You should make an MS-DOS version (Ad-Lib, Sound Blaster, that stuff) and/or a C64 version!
It baffles me how you coded up hard sync sounds in songs like Bosstown! Reminds be of diode chaining 40106 oscillators.
Awesome :D
interesting style
Ну, хотя бы пятый )
:)
