Most of the channels I was subbed to in 2016 have been terminated or no longer uploaded to because they were on the verge of being terminated after constantly getting strikes and they (justifiably) weren’t willing to mass censor themselves like YT wanted them to. Many of the channels wouldn’t even have a message at that point anyways if they even tried to censor themselves, because their main subject matter overall was now against YT‘s “community guidelines.” YT is no longer about being able to expand one’s worldview and learn. We can’t even share links anymore. We are only allowed to watch shit that is approved by our overlords.

I couldn’t disagree with Keem more about losing perspective because you dropped your character for a while. When you’ve opened up to us about your struggles with depression and anxiety, I don’t think someone like Keem could understand that being relatable and showing empathy can help your audience, who may be going through similar struggles. It’s a lot easier to forgive someone when they occasionally drop the charade and act like a real human being to the public.

What an absolute joke. I learned the importance of doing something as simple as that in the very first month of my old youtube channel. And this is a *PODCAST* to boot! Meaning he posts this somewhere as *AUDIO ONLY,* yet can’t even do the audio half-way decently (and the videography is just as terrible - it’s like a middle school kid is doing it). Lmfao. 😂😆🤦♀️ Steven even rudely and repeatedly made overt signals to the camera-guy about how long the interview had been going on for, showing he was dying for their talk to finally be over with. I really enjoyed Keemstar's perspective on being a creator. He has been on the platform for a long time, so getting to hear his thought process on everything is entertaining.
Over the years boogie2988 has been 1. harassed at his doorstep with the intent to do bodily harm and film it 2. been overgiven a holistic medicine to the point where he had to stop therapy, and 3. put into a fighting cage where the leverage and reach of the other opponent is considerable. Boogie, please read this and take my advice. You haven't reached the point of no return man, and you can still right the ship. The success of your channel was based on relatability. At some point, you turned this channel into a pity party, and the old Boogie would have never let that happen. Make a video, and simply acknowledge that you've made mistakes and want to atone for them. Don't get into specifics, just apologize and make a vow to get back to laughs, self improvement, and fan interaction. Make a 'my weekly exercise routine' series. Make a 'fan interaction' series. Make a 'my journey for self improvement' series. Make a 'weekly gaming and internet news series.' Dude you have the skills to get this back to where it needs to be, but you simply complain and blame so much that you have alienated your fan base. Stop acknowledging trolls, focus on small things to improve yourself and your channel, and the views will come naturally. We didn't watch old Boogie because of fucking Francis, we watched ole Boogie because we saw a normal dude with normal problems, making content that was funny and full of personality. You can fix this. The older we get, the less the world cares about the traumas that made us who we are, and we have to take personal accountability for our actions. Take accountability, and make a pledge to change. Make that pledge and the fans will return, because that's the Boogie we want and know. Personally I don’t have any problem finding stuff to watch on RUclips but then again what I watch is no where in the wheel house of the type of stuff Keem puts out. That being said he is correct in that RUclips tried to push stuff at you often times getting in the way of what I actually want to watch. It isn’t even about “spare cash.” Good quality audio for this is easily obtainable with a $20 clip-on lapel mic. The fact that Steven has been making videos since 2006 and can’t even be fucked to use two $20 mics should tell you that he literally doesn’t give a crap. It’s inexcusable. I figured out I needed to use at least a cheap $20 clip-on lapel mic for good audio within the first month of my old gaming channel. Steven is an absolute joke.

Boogie this is a great idea, for a podcast! if you have spare cash I would def recommend trying to step the production quality up, i think this could take off. Regardless awesome video and will watch all the rest!
It isn’t even about “spare cash.” Good quality audio for this is easily obtainable with a $20 clip-on lapel mic. The fact that Steven has been making videos since 2006 and can’t even be fucked to use two $20 mics should tell you that he literally doesn’t give a crap. It’s inexcusable. I figured out I needed to use at least a cheap $20 clip-on lapel mic for good audio within the first month of my old gaming channel. Steven is an absolute joke.
