I use to watch your videos because of the bikes but now it's also because of you two, what a great team, happy and funny. Thanks guys, all the best 👍👍👍👍
Love this review, thanks guys. Just ordered mine as a first bike, 40 and just looking to finally realise the dream. Watched a few other of your videos also (including the how to choose a helmet). So so helpful.
Just ordered one of these on the strengh of your review, at 57 and just starting with bikes thing its a good starter bike as most are aimed at the the younger generation... and that's not me !!! Thankyou .... keep em coming, great reviews
That's the kind of entry level machine that H-D should be producing, they'd make an ideal first bike for anyone who wants to move up to a Sportster after they've passed their motorcycle test. H-D class the 883 and 1200 Sportsters as entry level machines, they are too powerful for absolute beginners to handle. Thanks for the review.
Nice little bike, possibly overtyred a bit, but the fatter rubber is a good look as in Harley 48 etc. Cast wheels bonus is that they are usually tubeless, they can give you a better chance of a get you home fix with plug or can of snot stuff. The V twin motor will be a bit trickier to service than singles obviously, depends on the valve train (harleys have hydraulic self adjusting system- easy). A replacement end can and air filter and engine map might help. You could wrap the pipes. The little V twin certainly sounds nice, as you say, basic design Vees are great motors for crobbing along, lot more character. One slot I feel China and Korea are missing out on, is a commuter-for people who don't want a scooter, belt drive (extra cost though) or enclosed chain drive, rack, and small panniers.
3000. Plus on a 125 yes it's beautiful. But with 1700 more I could buy a royal Enfield. Or a decent zontes, I think the pricing is wrong but the bike is georgeus
Hi guys another great review. Although I don't think it looks as nice as the AJS Highway Star I really prefer the look of a v-twin engine But if I did buy one I would want to see more of that engine Please excuse my complete lack of knowledge of all things motorbike but Is it possible to remove the Air box and see more of the engine i.e what actually is being that huge chunk of plastic?
That’s an impressive engine, smooth and revvy for a v-twin. Low down torque or top end power, you can’t have both with a 125 lol. That engines the reason it’s £3.7k. Ever wondered how Lexmoto manage to pump out bikes cheaper than most? Their top engine has 12bhp. Most are under 10 and air cooled singles. Nothing wrong with that but water cooling and getting a genuine 15bhp is pricey.
Would like to see some after market exhaust systems on it to improve the look and sound, I’m quite happy it’s the one big air box on one side thing I think it’s very Harley D. In style a good looking bike and I agree good value.
Great review boys and very entertaining as well I think it's a fair price for what you get and one Hal of a good advert or stepping stone up to a Harley sportster etc but have to say I hate that gap between seat and tank
I’m wondering if the lack of torque would be down to it being a short stroke engine. Most 125cc bikes nowadays have a longer stroke engine and tuned for low down and mid range power thus keeping the engine speed down and mpg up. What’s the bore and stroke of the engine? It’s probably more Suzuki VanVan type revvy engine rather than Honda CB125F hence you feel the consistent power up the top end of the Rev range. It’s gorgeous though and let’s hope it sells as I think for a long time Hyosung were overlooked having been plagued with parts supply and dealership problems. Hopefully now that can change and maybe you could shed some light on those two points for after sales reassurance? Remember the Hyundai Pony and Stellar cars of the 80’s? Enough said when you look at the Hyundai cars of today. So what’s to say that Korean Motorcycles shouldn’t go the same way? Such a shame that once again the cheap crap tyres make an appearance on what looks to me like a cracking bike with a proper V twin engine. A quick search on Tyreleader would sort that though. Great review as always and best regards
@@motorsforthemasses thank you for responding. I loved the review and I've seen older models get a custom pipe but no information on any power output. But anyway thank you.
Loose the stickers put a Harley sounding Pipe on it fine tune the engine or put a nother engine map on it and I will buy one from you guys keep up the good work
LOved this oh yes .blooming brilliant and just the right height for a 5ft 6 shorty old geezer. Did you mention fuel economy or did i just miss that bit.
GV125C was better IMHO. Not a fan of this new "sporty cruiser" style... also the former was sized like a proper bike as well (standing next to Hondas, Suzukis and Yamahas on a carpark it was making 650 impression... that is until you turned it on obviously :) )
How reliable are these Chinese, Korean and french bikes? I want a 125 but don’t know if it’s risky buying something that ain’t an traditional Japanese reliable make.
The Sinnis Hoodlum is a nice bike and rides nicely. Great for its price point. However I would say the Aquila is on another level as far as built quality is concerned. You can get an exhaust upgrade for the hoodlum now which was my only real beef with it.
Nice. Im torn between the two tbh as i want a good cruiser and heard so many good things about the Hoodlum and was set on that. Then this diamond came out and conflicted me. I like the sound of the toro but only if you remove the muffler.

Look at the engine. 2 valve, twin, etc..honest 10.000 miles is nothing for this south korean monster. !!! If you buy a 125 Chinese lexmoto, after 12.000 miles the engine is 50% almost tired, finish, needs to be fixed and you have to pay...
Fair enough didn’t know that, the build quality does look good probably why they demand a higher price still seems like a lot of money for a 125 though

Why would one pay so much for a 125cc V twin? Surely a novice rider would buy a cheaper single and then progress to a bigger bike after qualifying.
Can you have a rack on back
Very cool but that tank looks very out of place.
