    With all due respect I much rather hear from a man what a man wants. Not trying to say the women can't give good advice but unless they are only studying men they can't give us the exact prospective and truth. Thank you so much for the Male guest.

    My relationship history has been such that I didn't realize there were men who actually wanted to be with men, let alone who wanted commitment (as opposed to seeing it as a "ball and chain") and to build things/change the world with, so I had to watch this a few times to see that this was for real. It's still a stretch for me to believe that it exists for ME, though. Definitely feel like I've tried everything to break through all the old patterns that have attracted several men who eventually ended up telling me in one way or another after wasting years of my life that they never loved me.

    Question; what does it mean when in the initial stage after meeting someone (either online or in person), the guy texts/reaches out more often, seems to be more eager - put more effort and then after a bit backs off? Does this have to do with me? I know I do have an anxious attachment style but after just dealing with dead end situations, bad break ups or situations like the one mentioned above; I’ve just become careful and I’m extremely cautious and almost scared/try not to show too much interest or that I like them. What can a woman do early on to show interest but not overly eager? Someone I’m getting to know right now is on the east coast and I’m in California. It’s right in the early stages of talking and any tips would be appreciated. Thank you both for the amazing work you’re doing!

    • @EZDatingCoach
      @EZDatingCoach  6 лет назад +8

      Eva L - Relationships are hard work, they are even harder when they are long distance. I would suggest finding someone local. I usually like to let the man initiate texting and asking out. However, at the end of dates or in this case conversations, I would affirm "I have such a great time with you! I hope we get do this again soon." So he knows you are interested, if he keeps coming back for more you will know he is interested. If he is not coming back enough, tell him, "I really like and love hearing from you, But I need a man that calls/sees me x amount of times per week.". State what you need and see if he can deliver. Work with him to see what he wants to provide and if that lines up with what you need.

    • @naomigates30
      @naomigates30 5 лет назад +2

      Ava, you probably showed to much interest to be honest, and fell into the "texting hole", texting all the time. Also, men like uncertainty and challenges, try to look back and see how you're showing up in relationships. Its helped me so much to have a mindset of "I want you, but I dont need you". You'll come off as high value and desirable.

    • @MagnetizeYourMan
      @MagnetizeYourMan 4 года назад +4

      Hi Eva, this is Brody using my Wife and I's RUclips acct. In my experience typically a man will start to back off if he feels it's not going anywhere or loses interest which CAN be triggered by too much neediness or availability. That is why I typically recommend letting a man lead the engagement and also to make sure you're dating other men also so you can stay in a feeling of abundance and that there's more than enough high quality men to go around for everyone. The abundance energy vs lack energy can often draw men back to you and KEEP them with you also. Hope that helps! :)

      @@EZDatingCoach We've been sexually exclusive for about a year. No titles of bf or gf. Definitely making love with one another. He said he was never made to feel his birthday was something special (by his original family). Yet for my birthday last March he got me my favorite cake from a really delicious bakery, made me really delicious fresh ceviche that he shopped for at 3 different stores! And it was SO wonderful! But for HIS birthday he took double shifts all week so we can't even get together, given both our schedules. I didn't even have the opportunity to give him his birthday present. I feel I was deprived of the enthusiasm of expressing my loving feelings towards him, and my appreciation for having him in my life, and I did relay that to him. He said he puts too much on his plate, and then gets overwhelmed and pushes away.

    I must be a strange woman. I know right away and also into love right away or not. Sonfor me it is strange when a guy is so into me and only falls in love or not after 3 months... so when a guy I am dating is not feeling it after 3 months I am devastated.

      I fall quite rapidly, on the other hand it is hard to open up completely cause I have been “used” and “abused” while opening up 😢 so I switch into avoidant approach.
