I fixed it by keeping the butt of the grip pointed to the right hip all thru the stroke... *keep weight leftish, and keep the butt of grip pointed to back hip* ...that will prevent getting any forward shaft lean... and you will be using the bounce better. Game changing hack for short game struggles.
