my 5 year old liyana has the longest curly hair and i swear it takes like 30 mins just to run a comb through her hair before school, i have to use detangler of course but when washing her hair i can easily go through half a bottle of conditioner, it really helps x

@@ZeinahNur Salaams Sis, I would complain about your experience to the agencies Manager and even mention that you may leave a review of how you were dealt with on Trust Pilot. See how that pans out. What appalling Customer Service they gave you or maybe the agency itself is appalling. Check other reviews on them. Also make sure that you pray istkhara for moving house as its a major big decision. As the last thing you need is having toxic neighbours. Wish I had prayed it a long time ago as I'm now suffering the consequences..but learnt my lesson the hard way!
