Indian coaching is a generic issue. Dravid is working on extension it doesn't have anything to do with current setup. They all know their fate & future in the Team. That's called transperency.
Dravid was gracious to accept the extension request. And what do u mean by Jay Shah's entry...? He's the main guy in it...he has to oversee this. That's what he's in BCCI for
I think you should comment on your country's cricket. Why are you guys bothered about Indian cricket. It looks like you were present during the Indian Coach discussions.

On the point of coaching, I don't believe foreign coaches are useful. One reason is that in foreign countries the players' motivation is intrinsic. Secondly, our players don't understand English. Foreign coaches are a joke in such circumstances. A coach like Javed Miandad would do wonders for Pakistan cricket. Not only will he improve their motivation by giving them a push, but the players would also understand what he is trying to convey.
