I appreciate this so much and really enjoyed your commentary. Bring my tennies, I will! I am going on a cruise next year and understand you can take the Coral Way trolley to the port. Is it possible to catch the trolley at or near the Government station?
Hi @sweetauntbuddy. Thank you for your kind words 😃👍. And yes bring your tennis haha. Lots of walking. And if you're going to the Port you will need them for the Cruise ship, hehe. As for the trolley, you are correct! The Coral Way trolley can be caught right at the Government Center, it will take you straight to the port. The best part of this trolley is that it's free! hehe. I will do another video with me catching the trolley. I will try to do it soon so you can see if before you go on your cruise. Hey a quick question, what other video would you like to see from down here? I enjoyed doing this video and would like to do others like it.
@@fonsecarichard Yay, thank you for the trolley video! Much appreciated. I'm going on Virgin, so I think I've figured out I have to get off at the last port stop. I know a lot of people would appreciate learning how to inexpensively get to the port.
@@haloall8465 Hi 👋. Yes, most of the hotels near the cruise ports are in the downtown/brickell area. So If your hotel is in the downtown/brickell area then you can get the metro-mover, which is that small people mover that’s shown in the very end. If your hotel is a little further away, meaning not in the downtown/brickell area, then you can call an Uber or Lyft from the government center which is where you would catch the metro-mover. It will be cheaper this way instead of just taking the Uber from the airport. Special note: all of these trains have special sections for your luggage. Feel free to ask me anything else 🤗
Hi Brenda, I think you read my Crystal ball hehe😃. I was thinking of doing a full tour of the metro mover next week. I'm thinking of getting off at all the major stops and showing the major destinations. That said is there anything you would like to see in it? Or do you have any ideas/suggestions for any other videos? I've lived in Miami all my life and have taken the public transportation system since, I believe I could walk haha. My grandpa would take me everywhere back then, even all the hoods as people like to call them. hehe. I remember when the Metro rail was brand new and no one used to take it, we used to play hide and seek with 2 groups of friends. One team would get on the train and off we went to hide. The other team had to figure out what stop we were at. If they wouldn't stop at our stop we would poke our heads out when their train left haha. Thanks for reading all of this. lol Let me know of any videos suggestions. I really like doing these videos. ☺
@@cindyburkhart7356 it’s pretty incredible how big it is. We went to Jamaica a couple of months ago and when we got back I was like what the hell? So much walking and twist and turns it’s crazy! This video only shows like from the beginning of us getting on the people mover, the previous part was crazy lol
@@cindyburkhart7356 yeah the airport has gotten so huge! I think it’s one of the most used airports. I think it’s big because lots of international flights. I read something like 1000 planes a day come thru. I’m pretty sure it’s not the biggest but it is huge lol 😂
