Shared Healing: Mother and Son ‘Liberated’ From Anxiety

When Maninder’s son was just 18 months old, he was informally diagnosed with autism. Struggling with overwhelming anxiety, he was preoccupied with worst-case scenarios - unable to focus or function in triggering situations. Maninder tried every available therapy, but nothing worked. She considered the possibility that her son, now 10 years old, would never be independent.
At their first Week Long Advanced Retreat, she and her son took part in three days of Coherence Healing™ sessions. Maninder had no intention of healing herself, but in the very first session, she felt “something negative” breaking inside her - something that allowed her to feel hope for her son for the first time in nearly a decade.
“I couldn't have expected somebody would have changed in those three days,” Maninder says. But, by the time they’d returned home, her son’s anxiety appeared to be gone. To her surprise, Maninder had experienced her own healing, as well. “I had that part of my heart that said, ‘Healings take time,’” she says today. “No. They really don’t.”

As a mother I needed to hear this. My children are fine. They do not have a Disablity but I am disabling them with my own fears and lack of belief in self. I’ve been shown so many times in 3-D reality how my children and I are energetically connected. I knew what needed to happen but getting my body and mind to follow. Hearing this makes me understand more what it takes. That it is me that must be liberated so my children can be free. I’ve always known they could show me how to free myself.

The biggest takeaways I had from hearing her story were liberate him and heal yourself. I am also a mother to an autistic son. He is a teenager and the struggle to let go has been real. There’s been a lot of fear around how he will function as an adult which has created in him huge anxieties and existential dread. Hearing this mother say the words liberate him he is not yours released something in me and I cried. I felt it deep inside a release of that fear. Now to continue on this healing journey of myself. Actually what she is saying is true...I practiced Dr Joe's meditation that is available on you tube for free nd I healed my teeth..which was in a lot of pain...Now my Dentist is surprised when I say that all my teeth is perfect nd they hv healed by themselves 🎉🎉

As a member of this divine community I am grateful for the courage of others. This astonishing story is beyond uplifting in so many ways. As a mother and as a creator on this unlimited reality where we find ourselves. I've been full of doubt and riddled with anxiety. However 3 years of doing the work and 3 retreats later I felt the biological upgrade. It was beyond anything I can explain. Never give up...there is much love here to support you. Most importantly you are supporting the love inside your own heart. If this reaches you know you are not the exception, you are the rule. Feel the vibration of emergence and fly with the flock. This testimony means so much to me. My 28yo son was diagnosed autistic. I raised him differently than all of the practitioners told me to. I raised him to be independent. A few months ago I moved 1300 miles away from him. I continue to support him financially And talk to him every day. He ran into his OT for when he was much younger and the OT acted scared that I had moved. My son started to consider that he needed to be committed to a mental institution which is a thought that comes to him quite often. Despite the miles, he is not living alone. I told him yesterday to remember that we just took a trip where he flew by himself to and from the town he lives in and met me in LA to go to museums that he wanted to visit. I have to consistently remind him that he is capable of whatever it is that he wants to achieve. I understand the sadness and fear that comes with an autism diagnosis. This mother is so lovely and this is a wonderful healing.

Such an inspiring testimonial....I've been told the same thing...healing takes time...your past "karmas" have to be released....but somewhere deep down I've always known that healings can be intantaneous but I'm not able to overcome my self ...maybe one of these days!
For some people it's instantaneous but for most people is a path of small steps, sometimes one step forward two steps back. It is completely normal and part of the process. Just keep going ❤❤❤

Dude meditation is the half part, you have to live the rest of the day as if you're already healed, you have to be in that state/motion ...and healing will come.

I was a healee at an event in ‘22. Two very clear messages I received were “Believe in yourself,” and “Heal your Family.” I’ve been doing the work for 4 years now and seen significant changes, but every now and again, health anxiety spirals. Recently, my child has had a seemingly minor condition with her skin, and I made up this whole story in my head that it was worse than everybody think etc etc. I dug in to my meditations and the word, “Trust” was forefront. I’m learning to trust my body, to trust my child’s body to do the right thing to heal whether those things are big or small. So hearing her ending sentences saying “trust” really brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for sharing your beautiful story, and inspiring all of us to trust in healing. ❤

Our children absorb our emotions and wellbeing. I try my best to stay cognizant of the worries and concerns I'm shedding, because I don't want them to absorb them. It's important to teach them that it's ok to have emotions and to let them go and teach them how to manage emotions. I'll practice mindfulness meditation with them sometimes, using a book called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels for myself and I'll modify exercises for them. It's so important to have a calm presence for them to feel safe and secure.
I hope my oldest son and I can both heal from anxiety and mental illness 🙏🏻 thank you for sharing 💗
