    What a pain, Ainura. Fashionphile needs to be accountable for their error. It's essentially fraudulent false advertising if they don't.

    shopping outside of your country is really a risk, i hope they at least refund shipping back fee

      I just sent the bag and they provided the shipping label. I am still waiting on the tax and duties update. I’ll update once this is resolved.

      They did email that they are short staffed at the moment. So I think that was the reason of these kind of mistakes. I hope they will resolve this soon. Thank you dear 💕

    Ughhhh so sorry this happened to you . A huge company like FASHIONPHILE should absolutely 100% be taking responsibility for their mistake . I have also noticed quite a few mistakes in many of their listed descriptions for the same bag . An example is the new Chanel duma backpack , I was lucky to get mine direct from Chanel , I have the black one and the interior is black material not leather , however FASHIONPHILE has 1 of the same exact black backpacks listed as having a maroon leather interior , like a classic flap would have . However others that are listed , have the correct description for the interior . Just something I happened to notice . They have gotten so big and are certainly charging customers a large enough premium for these bags . I get they have to make money , but purchasing pre loved used to be for the customer to save some money in buying something that has been used and worn ,not to pay thousands more than retail for a used bag , no less! Really hope they make their mistake right for you ! Keep us posted 🥰

      Oh I see they are having issues with the listing. They did mention in the email that they are understaffed. So I am sure that is the reason.
      I just sent the bag and they provided the shipping label. I am waiting for the refund. I’ll update once this is resolved.

    So sorry this happened to you. As this is not a Change of Mind return but their mistake, they should cover all the return fees, including the Duties in your Country, I hope they do this for you. Some places cover shipping but not the duties which is wrong if it is their error. I have noticed a number of discrepancies on their site, enough to put me off buying from them as I don’t live in the USA. Good Luck!

      This really puts me off as well to shop on fashionphile. Can I trust their description now?😏 I hope they come back to me and will refund a full cost. So disappointed. Thanks for your support dear💕

    Yes I noticed too that there was alot of mistakes on their website recently.
    I hope they can make it right, this is so unfair! Annnd, beltbags are usually cheaper, so i’m sure you paid more than what this bag would be posted at😪

      Yes, belt bags should be a little cheaper so I am not keeping this.
