@@fadhilahzaidan4946 Episode 3. The secret exit is in E3M6. Though it can be reached by straferunning too, you're meant to shoot a wall with a rocket to get pushed back into it.
I'd call the category "All Levels" these days, but 100% was the original label across all Keen games for this type of run: every level shows a K flag (for Galaxy) or a DONE sprite (or Vorticon/Dreams) and then you beat the game. You could have an "all levels, no major glitches" run that goes through every level legit, but some of the side levels (like BASA) drag in this episode so I wouldn't be all that interested in it.
