That is really cool! If you get lost in the woods and run out of ammo for food, you can always use the para cord to make a nice little bracelet before you die.
You don't give me enough credit. I put plenty enough on there for a decent necklace too.
Lol! That's funny. I really got to say you do a fantastic job on your videos.
Thank yee ;)
lmfao
This thread got dark quickly!!!🤣
That wrap job around the wire stock needs a video, very nicely done!
Thanks!
@@buffalosoutdoors yeah is there a wrap name for that?
I like the 'Chiappa Little Badger' in the .22 MAGNUM rimfire caliber to hunt deer with if I had to in a survival situation or for self-defense. I would fire FULL METAL JACKET 40 grain .22 Magnum ammo in it for good perpetration through a deer's head scull.
If it's a 22.lr would it shoot a .22 mag
@@matthewstevens1314 they sell three calibers for this gun 22lr which will also fire shorts. 22 magnum, and 17.
Just got home from a local PS and got a brand new one in 22 mag for hundred and fifty beans
I like what you did. It does make it look much nicer. I’m looking for one right now. Well done Sir!
I like the look of it over the original.
I'm not a fan of blued firearms, they rust if not meticulously cared for!!!!
I really think that's an oversight on Chiappa for blueing a survival rifle!!!!!
my bro already bought this rifle for my birthday. and those are some good tips.
Congratulations.
Buffalo's Outdoors thanks. gonna custom build a leather ammo pouch for the stock.
@@buffalosoutdoors Good video! I am saving up money to buy the 'Chiappa Little Badger' in the .22 MAGNUM rimfire caliber to hunt deer with if I had to in a survival situation or for self-defense. I would fire FULL METAL JACKET 40 grain .22 Magnum ammo in it for good perpetration through a deer's head scull.
...um sonho chegar aqui no Brasil. Leve, portátil, luxo!!! Show. Parabéns ao fabricante...
I Love you!!!
OMG I love it! Quick mods that make a big difference. I’m starting on mine in the morning.
they should make this for large bore rimmed pistol caliber cartridges like .327 mag, .357 mag, and .44 mag would then actually be an awesome back pack rifle.
Just a suggestion: Instead of using grip tape to cover the screw holes, you could find the right sized screws (and probably modify them to go flush) to plug the hole.
Hey great job! That looks fantastic. I'm waiting on delivery on my little badger. Yours came out so good I may do something similar
It's an easy little gun to customize. I ended up giving this one to my nephew. I may get another now! LOL
I think it still looks like Tiny Tims crutch. lol
Well now that just hurts! ;)
Buffalo
Not as much as when Tiny Tim draws down on some unsuspecting varmit!
bcbloc02 HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa!! That was a good one, with a good comeback! 😄
the ultimate bug out weapon...very nice...thats what I call BUFFALO ACTION.....
Hahaha! Thanks man!
+Buffalo would make a good hat...I'd buy on...BUFFALO ACTION...LOL...HAVE A GOOD ONE BROTHER.
Thanks, that might be a good idea....lol I like it.
That's sweet. Personalizing that little rifle makes it special to you. Good
work buffalo
Exactly. Thanks man.
Looking good being Buffalo-ized...Nice job taking off the bottom rail so it can fold tighter...Looking good as we shall name it the Rambo Jr...that is Buffarlo-ized...Job well done...
The Rambo Jr. ....... I LIKE IT.
LOl...
Nice job.You improved that little rifle using common sense.
Thanks!
My next purchase. I was thinking more of a bright hunter orange para cord, but now you got me thinking camo…
fixed it up nicely
Thanks!
I really like the addition of the paracord! If I purchase one of these, I'd do it too!
Thanks, It not only helped the looks but the feel too. Also it's always nice to have some cord around just in case.
Most Definitely!
Chiappa makes it in olive drab now, saw them for 249$ canadian with a very small 4x15 tasco scope
Makin that lil rifle look pretty spiffy Buffalo, looks nice. Cord and alumahide also add little bit more wear resistance thumpin around the brush with it. Nice!
Thanks, I'm gonna get it out do some squirreling with it this week. I'll see how it holds up!
They are fun to dress up
Chiappa Little Badger Disassembly and decompositionvideo
Long Shot Manufacturing has mods for this rifle, bring it up a couple more notches for you FYI !
I ended up giving this one to my nephew as he fell in love with it. If I ever get another I'll look Long Shot up. Thanks.
I want one. Nice job fixing it up looks good everybody could use a little .22 like that .
Thanks. It's actually a good shooter.
Nice job! I’m going to copy you with the od green. Thanks
Need a video on how u did it i love the new look
I like to put a ranger band on mines to better secure the rounds on the stock. Prevents your ammo from falling out and keeps them clean and dry when carrying it.
Great idea.
Id like to do the same but with a leather wrap.
That would look good.
Nifty little rifle gotta love the camo paracord
Thanks!
Today I just ordered a 28-1/2" tap and die to make flash surpressors for a few of my .22 rifles.
Also, if you're looking into suppressors...I'd highly recommend the silencerco ss sparrow. I have it attached to my Savage Mark II FVSR, and I absolutely love it!
Thanks for the recommendation, I'll definitely look into that one!
Good lookin little rifle! Thanks for sharing! Carry On!
Thanks!
Great mods on the rifle Buffalo 👍.
I like your honest reviews 🙏.
New Subscriber 👌.
Cheers 🍻🇨🇦😊.
Very nice. Good ideas all around.
LongShot Mfg. makes a wide assortment of accessories for the Little Badger. Picatinny rails, Barrel Shrouds, Pistol Grip, Hammer Bars, Thread Protectors, etc. Their website is www.longshotmfg.com
sweet looking now buffalo
Thanks Toppy!
Should to a video on how you did that para cord looks great good job.
Thanks. I may do that in the future. I'd have to give credit to where it's due though I wrapped this based on a kid's knife wrapping video I found here on RUclips.
Great looking set up on that gun Buffalo, nice video.
Thank you!
Nice mods! They work well, cost little and look cool.
Thanks!
Can I send mine too you for these upgrades? Lol
Nice done! Looks really awesome! I have to learn this paracord binding technique
I learned it from a video a kid posted here on RUclips. This is the first time I ever paracord wrapped anything and it turned out plenty good enough for me. Thanks for watching, I'm glad you liked it.
Buffalo Thank´s for the Tip! Appreciate it!
Buffalo
I got another Question: How did you do the recolouring? i guess it was not a spray can, or was it? Looks more like Airbrushing to me
It's spray can. Look up Brownells Alumahyde II I like the stuff, I've used it on several guns now with good results.
Buffalo
Thanks again! Let´s see if i can get this in Europe.
Nice, Brother.
Looks good
I like the modes. the only thing I cant get over are the sights. Peep sights are great in combat but im not sure if they are worth a darn squirrel hunting. how much cordage did you end up with on the stock?
I love a good set of peeps. Now these aren't the greatest but they'll do and I know peeps aren't for everyone.
Looks great. Quick question though, I had two marlin papoose rifles(sold them) that weighed not much more than this rifle. They were take downs, not folding, but what was the advantage of this rifle over something like a suppose?
I have a Marlin Papoose as well! Great little take down rifles. I suppose the obvious advantage would be that the Little Badger is one piece when stored and the Papoose is 2. In the event one of the pieces of the Papoose were lost the other piece would be useless. Also it's worth mentioning that the Little Badger will eat anything from shorts to LR with ease. Now I realize that you can feed the Papoose shorts one at a time but not as easily as the Badger. That being said though I like them both. Also the Henry Survival Rifle is a nice little unit.
There are a few ideas for surviving any situation
1. Have food stock:
2. Find a shelter:
In times like these having a shelter which can product you from weather as well as other living being is important. If you are out of your home, you have to first and foremost search for a makeshift shelter or you have to think about building one if natural shelters are not available.
3. Know the dangers:
You have to be prepared for the most common dangers at such point of time to ensure that you are able to make preparations against it. This can be wild animals or the weather or other people depending on the situation you are in and therefore, you have to identify the immediate danger and after that you have to start the preparations to safeguard yourself from these immediate dangers as well to ensure that you are able to face them if at all you come across them.
So, whenever you are speaking about survival situations, these 3 are the most basic tips which you have to follow at all points of time and once you are able to follow these simple tips, you can be sure that you would be keeping your family safe and yourself as well from all such types of dangers.
(I discovered these and why they work from Marla Survive System website )
I love it. How about a 3rd video?
Who knows.... you'll probably see this gun again....
Much improved.
Thanks my friend.
Looks good man!
Thanks!
that's a good idea taking off the bottom rail. now i got to go downstairs an open the safe and take it off too. lol. that lil bit more should make mine fit into an old bag i have now. Buffalo, is that skateboard tape of the rubber type and where did ya get it from? thanks.
Yes, that little bit goes a long way. If I want a folding rifle, I want it to fold!....lol That tape is just the 3M non skid floor tape that you get from Lowe's. It's for steps and ladders but the 3M brand sticks really well to guns too. It's kind of expensive if you look at the initial cost at 12 bucks a roll but let me tell ya, a roll lasts a looooonnnnnngggg time if you're just using it on guns.
thanks, 3M non skid floor tape. going now. took off the rail already. lol. btw, nice job with the 550 ya did it better than me.
Sick little gun! I wonder if a D tan/O Green/ Black Dpat would match the para cord? Either way it looks professionally customized, great job.
Thank you.
Mighty fine!
Thank yee :)
Looks good!
Thanks!
I have that same shirt.
very nice brother
Thank you.
Was it so hard for chiappa to put a spring loaded ejector?
boss gsto ko mag karoon ng ganyan...mag kano po ganyan
Nice.
nice review.
Thank you.
+Buffalo , I'm here to support your channel. If you could, wonder over and check our some of my recent videos. Thanks.
interesting mods amigo what do you think of the wood stocked model ? Im thinking of getting that model... :-)
That wood stock model they make looks fine by me.
It looks great. Perhaps a switchblade bayonet to top her off.
Now that WOULD look "sharp"... ;)
Did you have to time the flash supressor?
Is Chiappa 223?!
Are u ever gonna make a hunting video with the gun?
I've give up on making hunting videos. I used to think I would enjoy that but I've found that when I go into the woods hunting the last thing on my mind is the camera.
Could you send me the link to the video on the paracord
Iove that rifle we're did you find it at?
Bud's Gun Shop.
ada tutorial nya ga
Nice mods.
Thank you.
I've got one of these guns as well as an AR 7. I like my Little Badger, however its not real easy to get any decent accuracy with that after thought of a stock. Hands down my AR 7 can outshoot the Chiappa any day.
I have to say I'm a little surprised. Having both of these myself I have found the Little Badger very easy to shoot accurately, mostly due to the incredible trigger (I was pleasantly surprised that such a low dollar rifle came factory with such a nice trigger). Of course the AR-7 is also easy to shoot accurately, I personally can't say that I can shoot one any better than the other. A fun video might be to put these two head to head. I might get around to doing that soon.
how much it costs and where you buy ?
Typically they go for around 175. Pretty much any gun shop should be able to get you one.
Como faço pra compra uma
will it shoot 22 short?
thanks
Yes.
What kind of knot did you use on that paracord?
I really don't know the name of it. There is a kid on RUclips that I learned this method from I can provide a link if you want.
ราคาเท่าไรคับ
nice you video
THanks!
a muzzlebreak on a .22lr?
It's an A-2 flash hider. Since I have several of them lying around I decided to use one to protect the threaded portion of the barrel (the flimsy factory plastic protector fell off and got lost).
bob445566DE to handle the intense recoil 😂
AWSOME do you have a how to video for the para chord wrap check out my bug out gun wrap video tip
Nope, I'm not that good with paracord really. I watched a video of a guy tying a knife handle and just borrowed his technique for this stock. I'll check your channel out. Thanks for tuning in.
Flash hider on a .22lr??? whatever makes you happy I guess
Is he speaking English? I can't tell
