This interview was very informative including the part about failed startups and careful selection of founders & all-the-while wholesome especially the part at the end of getting into IIMA. I personally loved the fact you said 'perseverance' is a very thrown out word these days and affixed it to that of a 'goal' than a 'process' so that Ujwal could tell about his process of experience to achieve the goal of perseverance. In general, Post Graduate Diploma is equivalent to Master Degree and therefore you can write Post Graduate Programme as MBA in your CV for a private job. However, any institute in India including IIMs or ISB will provide a Post Graduate Diploma not Master in Business Administration. If you study business from FMS, Delhi University or any other university in India, you will get an MBA. In addition to that, Indian Universities do and don't have PG Diploma courses on business and other trades and it depends upon you whether you choose a PG Diploma or MBA from these universities. Further, if you hold a PG Diploma, you will not be able to take admission into M. Phil (Regular Course) from any university in India as of today, 15th November 2022. I hope this answers your question. BTW, I'm not Shatakshi but tried to answer on her behalf.

ISB is famously a consulting and PM school.
