You seem to be secured only with a sling- that is very dangerous as that would not save you in a fall, a ferrata harness has a dampener in it with is essential. I would recommend getting them for sure before doing another ferrata.
Coming straight from down it's a bit achievement.. although... not sure if that's a proper kit for via Ferrata... and I would advise for a helmet. Enjoy your next experiences.. looks nice what you are doing.

Ne suivez surtout pas leur exemple. Ils ont tout faux... On ne pars pas en montagne sur un sentier difficile l après midi. Et pas lorsque le temps est incertain. On se renseigne avant de la difficulté du parcours. En Via Ferrata on se sécurise avec 2 liens sur le câble, pas avec 2 seul... on bouge 1 lien à la fois. Et l.homme qui arrive au sommet qui se détache pour marcher sur l arrête en tenant son téléphone d une main... complètement inconscient.. ils ont eu beaucoup de chance....
Vous avez raison il ne faut pas faire de via ferrata sans préparation. Concernant certains points comme "On ne pars pas en montagne sur un sentier difficile l après midi" c'est votre appreciation/jugement. Idem pour "marcher sur l arrête ... complètement inconscient..". Il y a des grimpeurs célèbres comme Alex Honnold qui font du free-solo, c'est leur choix. Avez-vous censuré leurs films/vidéos ?

First thing I saw… dangerous.. buy always the right gear. And where is your helmet? 1 faling rock 🪨 could be you end with this high mountain slopes.
I unfamiliar with via ferrata, looks like bit more exposure than I be comfortable with, good video!
