FHP Explorer + Orange County Rescue 57, Truck 54, and Rescue 53 responding to MCI with entrapment

03/29/23 - Shortly after 5 PM, Orange County Fire Rescue units were dispatched to the intersection of Central Florida Parkway and Discovery Cove Way reference a traffic collision with entrapment. Engine 56, Engine 58, Rescue 53, Rescue 54, Rescue 56, Rescue 57, Rescue 73, Squad 1, Truck 54, Captain 3, and Battalion 3, along with multiple OCSO deputies and FHP troopers responded to find a two vehicle accident with one vehicle on its side and 3 patients moderately entrapped. Squad 1 crews stabilized the overturned vehicle and extricated all patients through a cut in the van’s roof. The incident was upgraded to a level 1 MCI with 5 patients being transported to area hospitals.

Lighting Lunacy! Guessing 50 light modules making a couple thousand flashes per minute on a 16 foot long truck. crazy. taking a week to build this mess only to sell it at auction in 4 years.

1. “FHP State Trooper.” FHP is not a state. It’s the Florida Highway Patrol, the LEO agency for Florida.
