Carnage. I was really disappointed in the releases for the 2nd RSD this year. Dee Gees was clever but nothing else really intrigued me. I'm a pre-Yield Pearl Jam fan but couldn't justify going out so early for an "Alive" single with some B-sides. I really wish RSD would hire someone like you VG to work with the labels and get some great releases for vinyl fans.
0:30 I thought you were driving staggeringly recklessly there. Then I realised I was thinking right-hand drive. Phew, it was touch and go there for a minute.
I wish play de record was just more organized. But you can find some real gems in there. The owner is a real character really enjoyed chatting with him. Also your buddy was totally right about the NIN/Bowie outside tour. Place was half empty once Bowie came on
You’ve got some cool record stores there in Toronto. Hope you do more of these out and about videos, chance encounters included.

I normally go to my local shop. I got both records I wanted and a couple tapes too. Was overall the best of the 2 years I have gone to RSD.

You're very determined to score some great finds. My RSD was driving out of city to my usual thrift stores and antique mall. CARNAGE is the lockdowns as everyone mentions hardly any donations coming in. Very few picks. One record store that deals with good used records has raised prices from my last visit. No purchases made. I did buy 6 45's for 25 cents each and 1 small metal case for a buck to hold 50 or so 45's. One GOLDMINE British Invasion record price guide for a buck. The Allman Brothers first debut album and FM Head Room direct to disc album. Both $10.00 each and VG+ condition. When I was younger the weather at times was brutal and CARNAGE to all of us waiting in line. Take care and Peace.

Yes, usually ut it was tough this year. I need to us a better bag for the shoulder cam though but yes. Awesome though.

I picked up Queen with Adam Lambert, Loverboy Get Lucky, The Sweet Rarities and The Stampeders Greatest Hits.
There are 3 record stores in Barrie. 2 of which are within walking distance from each other.
Hopefully you'll do better next time.

Awesome video as usual. I was blessed this RSD got everything I wanted and them some .. also ordered things I was on the fence about afterwards online from record stores leftovers at regular / non flipper prices 🎶🎶

Love the video! Always love seeing your footage of TO stores! Great shops love them all! I just grabbed a couple myself not too much this month which was ok because I spent a bit on the first drop :D. That's a nice Art Blakey TP. Did you happen to pick up the other one from the same month Katanga! ? I think I like that one even better! Also saw that Mingus up on the wall at Rotate... wonder if that was an OG.
Rotate always gets decent jazz. And I think she was a reissue. Im glad you are digging that. Ill try to do more of these then! Ill keep this in mind.

Carnage. No money this year. Damm. Nice weather. Brampton is dead. I don't know if you're old enough to remember New World Records on Queen? Of course we had Music World at Shoppers and Music World and Sunrise at BCC.
Shoppers had a sunrise too but its gone now. I wasnt in brampton around then, I was in europe babe!

You are right about this RSD - It did leave a lot to be desired - In my opinion the RSD's that I enjoyed the most were around 2012 thru 2015 - The Black Friday RSD will be here before you know it and to be honest I am not really excited about it like I used to be - Take Care
