Valuable information thank you sir. Kindly make part 2 add points in the respective of employees. I means what are the differences and advantages to join which company.
One point Sir a pvt Ltd company has only a limited liability only with the aspect of repayment of a loan not in any other way. Any company focuses too much in finance. If a companies is unable to pay the loan amount if a loan is taken to start a company why can't the creditors take the company if the company is unable to pay for the loan amount. Is this what you call as limited liability?
Sir please take a note in firm they are partners not directors. In case of company there are directors and when company takes loan from bank in that scenario only bank take guarantees from directors
Sir, Your videos improved our knowledge and help us to understand financial aspects. Thanks for doing great work.. SUGGESTIONS: Please explain process of private limited creation and running...
Sir ji like your videos very much. I my self being a Law teacher learn a lot from you. ...but in this video you said maximum members in private company is 50 which was under Companies Act 1956 which is not in force...The new Act is Companies Act 2013 and the limit is 200.
Video is made in good way so, someone can understand. Sir, what is the reason behind use "Co." after "Ltd." Sir, what is the difference between "Corporation , incorporation and limited" Thank you
Co. = Company When an entity is established under some act/rule, it is said to be incorporated or established under that act/rule. So, incorporation is simply the process of establishing a entity under some act/rule and such an entity is called 'Incorporated Entity' or a 'Corporation'. A corporation may be: 1. A company = incorporated under companies act. e.g. Reliance 2. A statutory corporation = incorporated under some special statute/act. e.g. RBI, SBI 3. A society registered under societies act
Excellent way of explaining things. toughest of the toughest topics are very easily understood by your videos. Thank you sir. Keep making these videos.

Firstly I would appreciate the efforts you have put in to keep it simple. My query is related to Private limited. Why would a bank approve a private limited company? keeping in mind that the 100 percent return of loan is not guaranteed. What if a company's asset weights only 70% of the taken loan and from where would the bank recover rest 30%?
