PH and US registered nurse here. In my honest opinion, hindi ang board exam ang nagsisilbing barometer ng quality of nursing skillset kundi ang pinagsama samang continuous practice, training, and education. So para sakin okay kung temporary license na probably good for 2 yrs ang ibibigay sa mga hindi pinalad, then retake hanggang pumasa. Dahil not passing the licensure exam doesn't mean that they have lesser value, habang marami din sa mga nakapasa at matagal na sa karera tulad ko ay nagkakamali pa rin sa actual practice. Sa any careers in healthcare dapat parepareho tayong nagbubuhat sa isa't isa hindi nagpapagalingan at yan yung natutunan ko while working abroad. Walang pakialaman dito kung ilang beses ka nadapa as long as you're efficient with your work

ITAAS sahod ng mga RN LICENSED nurses, dami RN na MAGAGALING at MATATALINO nasa:
1. Banking and finance
2.Corporate setting, sales
3. BPO industry

I agree with increasing the salary of nurses and good benefits because their profession is not easy for them.

Sana kung tataasan nila sahod ng mga nurses is di sana tumaas ang bills sa mga hospitals, kawawa yung mga di afford makabayad sa hospital.

A license gives you confidence to practice. Hindi nga ma bigyan plantilya ang mga nurse na matagal na nag JO pero ngayon plantilya na agad? Saan ang fairness? Tapos ang malala nito ang pilipinong nurse hindi maka pag abroad dahil baka ma discriminate sa labas nga bansa
